We did not eat at the property so I can't give a review on that, but we really didn't even have to leave the property because everything we needed was right there for our use. They helped make our anniversary a great one.

We were there for a whole week and it would have been nice to have a kitchen in the room so I could have cooked instead of having to go out and buy something every night. The only other thing that frustrated me was having to go up and down the stairs because there is no elevator to use.

Stayed for BlueRidge Rockfest 2022 and it was just about 20 minutes away from offsite parking. It was one of the more affordable rooms that was that close. Wasn't too worried about all the ins and outs we just needed a bed and shower for the evening but was pleasantly surprised for the price.

Only thing negative I have to say is when you book a room for 4 people you shouldn't have to go to the desk every night and ask for more towels when cause they only left two when housekeeping came though during the day. But other than that, no real complaints. I also booked for next year as soon as I got back home.

We had a great weekend. People are very nice there.

The only problem we had is the beds are on the middle frame so every time you moved in made a horrible noise

Breakfast was a little scarce for food selections but good coffee and clean room to eat in.

Only two types of cereal with milk from a gallon jug. Hardee's was just down the road.

Location was great for the event we were attending. Staff friendly.

Breakfast was over by 9 but they didn’t have breakfast really, just yogurt, 2 cereals a few dessert type muffins/rolls. not like the picture showed with more choices. when your event is late into the night hard to get breakfast by 9 and really just wanted coffee.

Bed was super comfy

I checked in online and was told I would just need to grab my key and go. No! I had to re do everything in person that I had done online. Waste of my time.

Close to shopping centers and food outlets.

The carpet on the outside needed to be vacuumed, and there was always a smell of someone smoking pot! There was never anyone come into the room to even attempt to try to clean, I had to ask and then the cleaning custodian, didn’t do anything to clean my room, except take my trash away, and I had to tell him to do that! The majority of the cleaning I had to do myself, the days that I was staying there, not one person came in there when I left my room, to clean.

I did not like that they wanted s fee for early checkin. I left and came back

Very cozy and within walking distance to food and a quickie mart.

At first I got a smoking room, but the lady at the counter was fast to put me in a lovely non-smoking room downstairs.
