I liked that the staff changed our room, booking . Com put us in a smoking room 😡😡 I asked for non smoking room! I had my 9 month great Grandson on this trip and wouldn't have booked a smoking room. The first room was Horrible it stunk like nasty smoke and drugs!! The lady was able to move us the next day. So I Thank the workers for understanding and fixing it for us. So I'm not real happy with booking. Com anymore! Sincerely Lesa L Beaudry

That booking. Com put us in a smoking room. It was the nastiest smelling room I've ever stayed in!! The workers were Great and did accommodate us so kuddos to them. They were so Great to help! I'll never book through Booking. Com ever again. My 9 Month old Great Grandson was worth us and he had to stay in that Nasty room one night it was So Gross and smelled so bad 😞 😡

This hotel is just off the main road with a river in the back that makes it a quiet place to stay and easy to get to. The staff is excellent do friendly. I like to give special mention to Stacy, who is always cheerful, constantly keeping the food bar clean and full yet always ready to give a smile and make you feel at home.

The only problem I have has nothing to do with the hotel, but cell phone service tends to be sporadic

The smoke detector was unhooked and placed in a drawer, when we hooked it up we found out that the battery was low so it kept beeping. Why disable a safety feature instead of swapping batteries? Common touch points were dirty. When I went for breakfast one morning I overheard the staff talking about how three people had between 11-13 room each to turnover. Sounds like a lot, they acted like it was a lot so that explains the dirty areas.

Staff was really nice. I also ate at the restaurant and the lady who was my server was really nice, food was fine.

For a two star hotel, it met my expectations-there was nothing bad that stood out, in fact it was probably above what I might have expected.

Clean. Mix up on rooms at first then was resolved.

The first room was given to me and a girl with baby was in it. Weird to say the least. Housekeeping stashed one of the kids with newborn in it. Front desk was very apologetic but very unprofessional by Housekeeping.

The staff was nice, room was nice and clean. The Continental breakfast was very good.

The AC was nice and cold but noisy at night time. The sink started to leak. The outside of the hotel could use little upgrades.

The Check-In Clerk was super nice and professional despite dealing with a loud band in the bar all night, the room was clean. Some of the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had and the breakfast lady who I unfortunately forgot her name was spectacular! Would definitely stay again!

This is our first time traveling booking a hotel. Janet and Mandy were phenomenal. And the lady who did the cooking which I forgot her name she made us feel like family and talk to us.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We will definitely come back.

Good price/clean

12am they where having a parking lot party. Playing music loud. They shouldn’t allow people to hang out in the parking lot so late when people are trying to sleep.

The bed was comfortable, the room did not smell and it was clean. Although it needs attention it is a good place to stay overnight.

The facility is old and needs maintenance. Outside the sidewalk has broken places and it is dingy. The room needed some clean up there was paint missing in the door where it had rubbed away. Updated linens and curtains. The bathtub was worn.
