We were staying overnight while travelling from Fl to NJ. We had our pets with us. The room was clean and comfortable. No pet odors from former occupants. The beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows. Good quality towels. Bathroom was very modern. TV worked well (Needs a channel guide.) The breakfast was good and plentiful. The two staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was a good experience. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel from the highway. Our GPS took us through the adjacent Comfort Inn parking lot. The shared lobby with the Days Inn was also confusing. We would have liked to have had an in room coffee maker available for coffee in the room before breakfast. Another towel rack would have been helpful as well. The refrigerator was set to “on” and “max” but we could not get it to work. (It made noise but didn’t get our food cold.) overall, it was an economical, clean and comfortable place to spend a night.

the bed frames are metal, so the bed I was on was creaking a bit noisily when I repositioned, nothing terrible. I was nervous I was going to disturb my friend in the other bed. She however said her bed was fine, no issues.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful and very kind.

The two young dudes at the front desk when I arrived to check in were super rude and not helpful at all. They need to be on maintenance or something, not dealing with customers.

Breakfast was enough to get you on the road but the hotel is difficult to find as it is in a shared building with a Days Inn. The Baymont Inn needs much better signage

Poor sound suppression People upstairs were annoying when trying to go to sleep-not intentionally-it just needs more sound proofing. The room was very nicely appointed

For our traveling needs the location was perfect- close to 95. Room newly renovated with walk in shower. Bed very comfortable. Room was very clean. Good breakfast items were offered

Got to breakfast and all the bagels were gone. No ice machine…but was able to use Comfort Inn’s next door.

I loved the new decor it was comfortable and very clean and the front staff was very polite. No issues whatsoever. I am now down in your sister place.In myrtle beach on waccamaw and I am disgusted.

Price location old but clean updated. only disappointed with the breakfast. but with the savings in the room cost, you can go out and buy a gourmet breakfast.

Seemed like all the ice machines where broken. I had to get a maid to open up a area to get ice. This should be addressed.
