Staff was courteous and helpful..it would be nice if rooms with pets were designated rooms to be used in hotel for customers with pets...keeping in mind customers with allergies..dander reactions.. .fleas etc. ..and not allowed In the dining area. And potatoes every day and French toast half and half..in the 3 drawer server to accommodate the serving of both food items at the same time...most people are not French toast lovers and more of a potatoe eater. We will be returning customers as my wife is from the Emporia area. Thank you, Marvin and Jean Carter

Could use some painting updates on inside of rooms..doors looked dirt etc.

I like the room size and the bathroom tub and the laundry room is convenient.

The carpet smells and too much chlorine in the pool. They didn’t stock the coffee and hot water when it was empty; we had to ask numerous times. The juice machine was broken. House keeping man gave attitude for asking for fresh towels. Short supply.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff were very nice

The shower didn’t work in the room we were staying in and there also wasn’t a plug so that I could take a shower. I did improvise and put a was cloth in the drain to keep the water in the tub so that I could at least take a bath.

Friendly and courteous staff. When my room card didn’t work a staff member quickly resolved the issue

Paint peeling at bottom of bathroom door, no air exhaust fan in bathroom (buildup of moisture from the shower) broken bathroom baseboard tile.

Breakfast was good, varied food to choose from, hot and cold food. Hotel was just off the highway and there was plenty of shopping near by. There was a Cracker Barrel very near, but we did not use it.

No place to really go for a walk.

The property was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were so comfortable, we slept through breakfast but the dining area was large and well cared for. The hotel offers coffee 24/7 which was an added bonus.

It was a very convenient location

I believe that I left a phone charger and a watch charger behind accidentally and called the property regarding this matter and they never called me back to let me know if they found it or not

Left early but grabbed a quick bite! No waiting lines, coffee was nice n hot!

Direction to the hotel ! It's located BEHIND a Cracker Barrell and cannot be seen. I went on circles till I saw it and even then I had to figure out how to get to it. My GPS kept telling me I had arrived but couldn't see it while navigating the traffic!

The front desk staff was amazing very accommodating.

The pool was open but the only thing was it wasn't very warm but my son still loved it. The breakfast was hot and very satisfying.

The lady front desk employee when we checked in to the hotel. She helped me correct the wrong dates that I had reserved for my stay at the hotel. She was a real blessing and booking.com was useless and will never be used again.

Everything was acceptable.
