I loved how we were right off the highway it was so easy to find! The staff was super friendly. Check in and out quick and easy. We were on a ground floor right by the pool. Which was a bonus for my small child. It was quite even being by the pool

The room seemed a bit damp. It could've done with a dehumidifier. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling so I'm unsure about how frequently it's maintained. The lobby was clean though. The remote in the room was sticky and the buttons didn't work.

I really appreciated the breakfast. It was a real breakfast and the lady who supervised it was fast and efficient and responsive. Best Western always has something a little extra that I like--whether it be location, the pool, the breakfast. The location was good, a bit quieter than surrounding hotels.

I am a member of Best Western but I did not get the reward points, as my partner booked on Booking.com. It was in my name and credit card though, so I thought I would get the points

I enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, beds were well made, bathroom was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were clean as well. It was a quiet property with no foolishness. We only stayed one night but this would be our first choice on the next visit.

The only downfall for my grandson was there wasn't an inside pool.

It was a comfortable stay. But the floor was sticky around the entryway as though something sticky was spilled at the door and just not cleaned properly. My shoes and slippers were sticking to the floor. And we didn't spill anything. But overall, it was a restful stay. I would definitely come back.

The location and the ease of registration with the desk staff. I stayed several nights while visiting family in Richmond, Norfolk and North Carolina and my end of the day was at Best Western...Quiet and accommodating, close to all stores and restaurants and a nice car was across the street.

As a military Vet, I did not see a American Flag Outside on the Flagpole and the entry to the elevators on the floor could be addressed. They are beginning tater and a fresh linoleum clean floor is a welcome appeal going to your room. Country Inn and no flag?

The staff was very accommodating and professional. I experienced a problem with my two nights stay, and the staff made accommodating to my room arrangement. The parking was right in front of our door. Breakfast was good, too

The room had wet smelly carpet and moisture built up throughout the room. The air conditioner is very noisy.

The room was spacious and clean. I felt comfortable staying here and it felt like home. The staff was very friendly and exceeded their courteous in every way. I was pleased from check in to check out.

The only problem we had was with the toilet not running properly and it getting stopped up but we were assisted with a plunger through the night.

The staff and location are great! Room was clean and tidy! Only needs some bathroom tub deep cleaning as the caulking is showing signs of attention!

The room and bathroom could use some plaster and tub sealing. Furnishings are a bit dated, but good enough to stay again!

I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and bath. I traveled for 12 hours to get here and was so tired. Check in was easy, room was ready and really liked the breakfast. breakfast was ready and hot, ate quickly and was able to get back on the road.

Breakfast was good enough that we left a tip. The hotel room was good. The room was pre-set to a good temperature. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The parking lot and grounds were clean. There was even a pool. We'll probably come back again.
