"I recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers—it's right near I-95, making it an ideal stop for a road trip or quick access to nearby attractions. Despite being close to the highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was available 24-7. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Elevator went down twice and not enough parking

The room was clean and spacious and the bed and linens were comfortable.

The staff were a little zoned out, couldn’t find my reservation. The elevators weren’t working. I’m 75 and neither of the front desk staff offered to help me carry my bags up to the 3rd floor.

The breakfast was great... one of the highlights of my stay. The room was fine. The desk chair was very comfortable.

The only thing I think might have been a miss is there was no bath mat. I had to use a towel instead.

The breakfast bar was not up to par as expected. My family and I stay here every August— family reunion. Last year breakfast no complaints whatsoever! However, definitely the breakfast bar needs improvement— but I still plan to stay next year

The location to A few restaurants and stores, and close place to get gas. Very close to 95 to Access hotel and back to Highway.

bathroom a bit worn out - tub faucet dripped and drain had some rust ventilation system noisy when running (had to turn off to sleep)

The cleanliness and having a microwave and refrigerator. The view from my room was also the best, I was very comfortable.

Location. Desk clerk very nice. Made the best she could of a tenuous situation. Short staff and rooms were ready.

Sheets that were patched and torn. Heater that was noisy with a knocking sound.
