Liked everything very comfortable very clean hotel. Staff was great other than they wouldn't change the day . I accidentally booked the day after I was supposed to stay. They wouldn't change the day for that night so I had to pay for another night and didn't even get to stay another night we was only passing through the town. So I lost 130 dollars right at Christmas time. That was money I needed for other things.

The location is awful terrible town no good restaurants to eat !!

The room was very roomy and clean. The bathroom was bright. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast The person at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. Congenial and very helpful

The hallway on the 3rd floor was stifling hot. So happy the room was not. The breakfast was good, however the toaster was broken and the person handling the food just said toaster is broken!! She wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Toasters aren’t that expensive

The location was just minutes away from a family event. Also, the staff was very polite and professional. The facility was clean and inviting. The breakfast provided a variety of food items and beverages and the dinning area was clean and accommodating. The server offered help where needed and ensured adequate food for quests.

Given the minimal, surrounding amenities, i.e. parks, museums, overall entertainment, the price was unusually high and there was a need for blankets.

Friendliness of all the staff to include Hanna, William, Natalie, Hattie, Lisa and one of the other woman workers assigned to the 4th floor on Sunday,August 11th. I cannot recall her name but she as well as others mentioned were very pleasant, professional and accommodating.

The toilet in the rooms are too low for some one with hip issues.

The night desk clerk Jesse was very friendly and welcoming. Hattie the breakfast coordinator was awesome. Natalie was very accommodating and friendly. These 3 individuals were excellent and people friendly. This outcome plays a vital part in my decision to book here again in two weeks.

Expensive the prices increased as I booked 2 extra days.

Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage, hot and cold cereal, OJ and water, yogurt, waffles. No other fruits or juices available the day we stayed ... no jelly or PB.

The room I reserved was not available. I reserved a handicap room with roll-in shower and someone already had that. I was given a room with a shower instead which worked but did not have grabbers. Toilet was low.

The breakfast was ok. I did get done to the eating area about 9 and they finished at 9:30am. They did not have enough food left but I was able to eat and it was good.

My room was great but the carpet was dirty.

Friendly staff, water, coffee and tea available 24 x 7. Breakfast included, convenient to restaurants. We put this on our list of "return to" hotels.

Double box springs for king bed, so it made some noise, but it was still comfortable.

Small very small bowls for cereal..had to use 2..no bananas...lady taking care of the breakfast room was trying very hard to make it a good experience

I overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast. The location was great. Right off the Interstate.

Only one thing: Prefer to have an ice machine on every floor. Not a big deal! No other complaints.
