Clean

The non-smoking room had a faint Oder of cigarette smoke and front desk staff schooled me on making absolutely sure that the pet sign stay on the outside door knob during our stay. However, every time we went out of and back into the room, the sign fell onto the floor inside of the room. It was a big fat nuisance. Perhaps Hilton should come up with a better system or at least a better designed sign, maybe magnetic.

Greeted with a smile and felt warm about the facility immediately. Check in was smooth. Had to come back downstairs to get a fork for my daughter’s noodle’s . She brought out a bowl as well and was very kind. Everyone that worked there was very hospitable and kind. The showers were installed with amenities that were top notch and felt good leaving for the day. Marked the location as a place to stop again on my way through. I travel through on many occasions and it’s a great stop for an easy ride home to PA the next day. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had . I usually leave about $5-$10 for a tip for the cleaning person . When I walked to get some ice for my drink the cleaning woman greeted me with a smile and said good morning. I felt I should pay her $20 and as me and my daughter were getting in the elevator she ran to say thank you. Amazing stay !!

It was what we've come to expect at a Hampton Inn hotel. Two beds, no visible bed bugs. We were able to check in late when our drive took a bit longer than expected. Breakfast items ran out before we could get what we were looking for but it was fine. I'm sure if we had asked they'd have replaced what was out, but we were trying to get back on the road.

We were placed on a "Dog Floor" and the commotion of other dogs set ours off all morning starting at 6 a.m. I understand why they'd put the dogs all together, but it made sleeping past then a little difficult. The rolling door on the bathroom/closet does not offer much in terms of privacy and is quite heavy to roll. I'd rather no door on the closet and a functioning door on the bathroom.

We were forced off I95 due to rain, high winds, and finally, tornado warnings. The person who checked us in (without a reservation) was fantastic. I believe her name was Taniqua (please forgive my spelling) and she was quick to help us get checked in and was very friendly. The next morning there was a gentleman at the front desk who was equally as friendly. Our room and breakfast were perfect and we cannot thank you enough for taking us in!

Wonderful comfortable beds. Lots of pillows. Great breakfast. Yummy dark roast coffee.

Front desk person was not friendly when we checked in. Later we stopped by to ask a question and the same person acted like we were bothering her. Too bad because it is such a nice property. I hope she was just having a bad day.

Location is right off of I95. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had numerous options and the staff was friendly going out of there way to meet our needs.

There is a dog walking area that I didn’t go in to, in really needs to be cleaned better.one other thing our toilet didn’t flush and needed to be plunged. It was before the maintenance staff was there so I took care of it.

Location, we were in town for a family member’s funeral

The pool was not working which was a drawback because we had children that were looking forward to swimming , also we had ants in room on air conditioning unit, called to front desk for ant spray and was told that they would get back to us which they never did

One ice machine was working so i had to go yo the 4th floor. I was told that this facility was just redone but did not look like it to me. Floors in bathroom missing moldings and moldings not aligned correct. Toilet paper dispenser under sink in a strange place. But room was very nice and i enjoyed my stay. The breakfast fas amazing.

Everything was fine

The staff was exceptional. Very polite and inviting. If we needed anything, they were quick to help. Housekeeping was very professional.

The parking was limited due to numerous vehicles with trailers taking up the majority of the available spaces by parking sideways without the consideration of others.

Staff was friendly and helpful!

What I didn't like about this is booking.com booked a duplicate reservation, For a month I have been trying to get a refund. I have called 6 times and was told something different each time. Both Raj and Wjun promised they would contact the hotel and then would issue my refund. It has still not happened, Booking.com made a mistake and not I am out $148.88 I will never use you booking again.
