I love the room interior and the huge glass window (we were lucky because our rooms were facing the mountain), so at night, it was quiet (no sounds of the cars on the street). Housekeeping was excellent in keeping our room clean. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool is small and most of the time is occupied by children (no room for adults), but it's OK, I don't mind as long as the children are happy. The breakfast spread is average but acceptable - perhaps the staff can make the omelet bigger or normal size (2 eggs), instead of half the standard size we normally get at other hotels. Wish you could have more types of pastries.

It's a good hotel with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and the breakfast very much complete. They moved us, unasked, advicing they have a better room on the backside of the hotel and away from the nearby mosque. This proactive staff needs to receive the employee of the month award.

We were asked if smoked, I said "no, we vape and not even inside". Miscommunication I guess. So we were put in a smokers room and the smell of the room is just too much.

The location was great, I was near all the cafes and restaurant, but it was far enough so it wasn't loud and disturb our stay at the hotel. It was also close to the main road, so you can go to other attractions.

The AC doesn't really work that well, I put the temperature at 18 degrees celcius with top speed, but still not cold, but not hot either, even after leaving it on for half day. However on Monday, when the most of the guest have left, the AC was better. Don't know on whether this is the cause.

The housekeeping and F&B staff at this hotel are exceptional. Ugi and Yola are so friendly, efficient and polite. What a credit to the hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The doormen are also very friendly. The rooms are also excellent value for money. Good location. Go over the road to 83 beer garden if you desire beer. Go out the building to the left down the street 30 meters by the post office if you desire coffee.

The coffee is not good. The food and drink prices are hotel standard. You can't turn right out of the hotel. Shame the pool area is 100% covered, not good if you desire sunshine.

2 things: breakfast and location. 1) I like the location, it is very close to all the hype fashion outlets and restaurants without having to go through the traffic of Dago. 2) Breakfast variation is good, they have all the basic traditional food like porridge, chicken soup, all different traditional desserts. Taste is decent, at least you can fuel up properly before starting the day

The swimming pool is pretty small and it is just beside the restaurants. Don't sit next to the swimming pool on busy hours as kids tend to splash water. Pool towels are not provided adequately so we have to ask the staff to provide us.

Located near to where we need to go.

My personal opinion, I think there should be just 1 side parking at the lobby instead of both sides so that cars can move out while another car unload passengers. Aside from that, for the spa, need to improve

The location is great, you can easily get to the stores and cafes. The hotel itself is nice and clean. In the room, there is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. There is also a mini fridge and the hairdryer. All the people working there are really nice and helpful. There is a pool and a restaurant on the ground floor. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

The beds are very comfortable, we booked three rooms and they are all nice and clean. Hot water pressure is excellent. Wifi is great and breakfast buffet has a lot of varieties. Parking is convenient under the building as long as you don't come late. There are also lots of water dispenser in the hallway, it is very handy because we can not drink from the tap.

Pool is ok but it would be nice if its bigger and not too close to the smoking area. No towels at the pool that we can use. There is always a traffic in front of the building but there is nothing you can do about it.

Nice area for walks. Very friendly helpful staff. The drinking water provided instead of bottled was a brilliant idea.

Swimming pool would have been better if it was solar heated free from the sun.
