The property was clean, maintained, spacious and very comfortable. The owner is super friendly, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We appreciated the parking right in front of our room. It’s minutes away from the main square and shops! The only place we found with a pool, which was really amazing after a long day in the sun!

This place is immaculate, close to main square, has a pool and owner is friendly and helpful…. There’s nothing negative about this place! When I’m beautiful Noto, Melissa B&B is the place to stay!

We spent one night at this accommodation. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool is lovely, large, and exceptionally clean. All praise goes to the host, who is an extremely welcoming and warm gentleman. Breakfast exceeded all expectations – a true Sicilian experience. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Newly built, modern units under the owners home. Parking on site. Owners are very friendly. They know very little English, but we got by just fine using a translation app. We very much enjoyed the town of Noto, and this B&B was very convenient for walking the town. The vibrant old downtown is directly uphill from the B&B . The hill is steep but not exhausting. B&B Melissa is on the edge of town, so it was perfectly located to enable us to make side trips to Modica and a local winery. Enjoyed our stay very much!

It is difficult to find B&B Melissa. Our map app. took us to the correct street and the wrong house. That was when we learned that the house numbers on any given street may not be sequential. The street ends and restarts many meters below. You can see your destination below you but you need to go around several blocks to get there. When you reach the end of the street, you need to go up one street and over two streets and then back down. Beware the one way streets involved. The pool looked very nice but was already winterized and closed. The toilet in our room was so close to the wall that anyone taller than about 6 feet would be unable to fully sit.

The host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for him to help and give advice about excursions. He made us feel as we were one of the family! Room and bathroom very clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Giuseppe & his family were incredible hosts - picked us up & dropped us at the train station & even arranged a ride to the ferry (trains don't run on Sundays). We don't speak Italian but Google translate got us through. Property feels brand new & high end...pool was closed so can't comment

It was a lovely experience; we enjoyed our stay, and the host was very hospitable. All the Necessities were available, and the host went out of his way to accommodate us. We enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool and we were welcomed by the host. They helped us by suggesting ideal attractions to make to visit.

We had a slight issue with the Air conditioner but the host came to check immediately and sort out the issue.

Extremely clean, like brand new Guiseppe was very keen to please - nice guy Price is reasonable Breakfast is fine

You can hear other people talking/moving or their TV in the rooms next door WiFi is weak Pool is in owners garden (& was closed) Location is residential neighbourhood out of town

It was clean and spacious and only a 10min walk to the centre. The owner was very friendly.

I was surprised the pool was around the corner in the owner’s house. Also we got charged double for the city tax. Whilst fine for us, there are steep slopes to walk into the centre

B&B Melissa is a great place to stay in Noto! It's a 5 minute walk from the historic city center and has a really nice pool. The location is therefore great for mixing culture and relaxation. We spent most mornings and (early) afternoons at the pool and went to the city afterwards. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants and cappucino. The host is great. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend this location.

What a friendly host! We travelled by train to Noto and Giuseppe picked us up. Although the different language we could communicate with the help of Google translate. He is very thoughtful and kind. The room is very clean. When you walk around the house you enter the garden of the host were you have breakfast and can use the pool. Which is great on the hot days during summer. Within 10 minutes walk you’re in the city center of Noto. We would recommend this B&B.
