Breakfast was only continental however it was fresh and very filling. The room was luxury and long with a firm bed and pillows.

Off site parking was a bit of a ball ache. Used the recommended underground parking but was not able to pay for it using my work credit card. Guess it was only local debit card. I ended up parking on the street

Superb room in an amazing hotel. The best healthy breakfast I have ever had. Also really well looked after in the bar in the evening - it is not always easy to be a solo traveller but this was a great experience. Thank you.

It was a fantastic experience. The room was like no where else I have ever stayed - different, cool and super comfortable. But I do have to stress how amazing the staff was! Everyone from reception to bar, to floor team were exceptional. We dined in the restaurant the night of the stay and in the morning and were very well looked after. Biggest compliments to the team and if we'll have the chace , we will definitely be coming back.

Not a single thing

Very helpful staff upon check in, at breakfast, and at checkout. A quiet, comfortable and well-appointed room worthy of being dubbed a boutique hotel. Also a truly outstanding and generous breakfast ordered the night before and delivered to your table in the attached restaurant.

Breakfast was okay, I like best as it is ALA carte, better than a buffet.

The heating system can be better especially for a cold winter like now

Room was lovely, very comfortable. Staff were 1st class, always a smile and nothing was too much trouble to them. Breakfast was amazing! Every thing very fresh and presented beautifully.

Very accommodating staff and comfortable hotel in an ideal location from the train station and access to the town.

Cannot find a fault.

The staff was so friendly, from when we checked in till we left the hotel. The food was really nice too. The breakfast was fresh and tasted really good. The room was big and luxurious. Very cosy!
