I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made a big difference. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenience of free parking. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

I was not satisfied with the bathroom — there was no bidet, which was inconvenient for me. Personally, I find it important to have access to water for personal hygiene. Overall, it was a good stay, but I hope such details will be considered in the future.

Easy walking distance to town centre, restaurant was great. Staff helpful.

Bathroom poorly designed, hand held shower located too low so as to be used in holder. Shower leaked water onto floor and sink drain was clogged as was one in shower. No towel racks. Lots of wasted space in bathroom. No instructions ior information in English in rooms. Stupid that room numbers and elevator number don't match. ie. rooms in 200's are on first floor, 300's on second floor, poor planning/design

Breakfast and decorum

We were unlucky with the room - 231- very big and spacious- all comfort but a problem somewhere in the walls/ ceiling with trembling and noise all night long. Hotel was full, we couldn’t change. Without earplugs we couldn’t sleep.

The restaurant env is good, but the food is bad, doesn’t match a 4-star hotel at all. The steak is just reheated, and ribs are just bought from supermarket and reheated. Unbelievable that a 4-star hotel could have such a restaurant😱

It was very spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was very friendly even when we wanted to add another person to our booking. The breakfast buffet was really nice and delicious. I would definitely recommend it!

It could be a little too expensive.

Every thing was great and relaxing and the staff made you feel at home, and the breakfast was a great start to the morning. And the late finish of the restaurant suited us well.

Good facilities, decent breakfast and well maintained. Very nice and big bathroom, amazing shower.

We arrived around midnight and the gate to the premises was closed and we had to dial a number to get it open, no big problem but a bit inconvenient. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated but in good condition.

The hotel outside was amazingly beautiful. We had a room with the garden view, and of course a small pond which was great. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The breakfast was good and enough. The hotel is located 15 minutes drive from Giethoorn which was our main place to visit.

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. We arrived later than expected. Contacted the hotel and it was no problem.

The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable. Simple, back supporting chairs would be appreciative.
