Here's the thing, I always thought that the hotel (or a motel) was a transactional experience; you paid for the room and you got the room, ideally, clean with some basic services like a hot shower, WiFi, maybe heating or air conditioning, television etc. But what I didn't know was that what made all the difference was the staff. It makes all the difference and it is priceless! And this is what Ayder Koru hotel excels at - they excel at delivering premium hospitality that I think no hotel can match. From the owner to the two Syrian Mohammads who manage the hotel, this was by far the most brilliant experience I've had in Turkey. They constantly anticipated and looked for ways to try to make my stay a convenient one. Start from the beginning: so we arrive and when they saw our luggage, they expected the room that we booked to be too small for our needs so they upgraded us for free! And they informed us about being available at any time for any request, which they were happy to oblige. They gave us amazing tips on how to travel and navigate the mountainous forest of Ayder, and in fact, one of the Mohammad's even volunteered to help take us on a tour. It was so much fun chatting with them and you could feel that they truly wanted to be of service, a feeling that comes from the heart. The owner, a gentle Turkish man, although unable to speak English made sure that he made his feel right at home at his hotel. My friend also visited us there, and even he got an upgrade with a phenomenal view. Trust me, you will be very lucky if you get the chance to stay there.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel , it is an excellent place to stay close to every things , plateau, restaurants , coffee shops , souvenirs shop , in addition to the hotel staff especially Mr , Mohammed who always available and very helpful .

T.V. Needs to have more Arabic channels

Location was prefect in the middle of restaurants , coffee shop , shopping places , and the a green hills in Ayder , staff especially Arabic persons were very helpful in every things .

The breakfast was average ، windows does not have a screen ,to prevents flys entering the rooms ,

I loved the hotel and the locaiton is no much for me to others, location withing all your need and car part in just at the hotel front, very nice hotel staff, and most thanks to Mr. Showka, he was very helpfull, we realy injoy this hotel, and the memebrs company, sure I will be stay the same hote in my next visit

The location was perfect! The hotel provides the best view point; it is situated in the middle of highland making other points of interest accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but tiny.

My original room was standard and it was so tiny with a view of the road.. I decided to upgrade and got a slightly bigger room with balcony and the best view point.

The area was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location offered off road parking. The breakfast was basic but fresh and satisfying. I would easily recommend this hotel.

The staff very polite and helpful, specifically Shaukat. The location was perfect. In the same building there is a coffee shop. I think this hotel is the best in Ayder Yaylasi, I can say a luxury hotel.

Like the most hotels in this area there is no A/C. The window was in front of the street, so you can guess which car is pass by you by the sound O_o. But really it is a good hotel.
