This hotel is nice with high ceilings and doors. Definitely feel like a celebrity staying at the hotel. They do provide free bike service. Very good opportunity to hand a basic breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Gym and sauna and pool were good. Internet was good.

No convenience store close by or bigger restaurants. You definitely need to rent a car to be here. Not easy to find a taxi or tuk tuk at this location. Must use a grab service.

Everything it has to be the best hotel in Korat in my opinion the room sizes and the location easy to get to and from . Also the park opposite is excellent to ride round and walk and you meet so many very nice Thai people. I have stayed here around 7 times and every time it's excellent. Also they are so kind they let me leave my large suitcase when I am off traveling for a few days and when I return on a new booking it's in my room waiting .

Great comfort for sleeping. Pre-ordered breakfast was served in our room which allowed us to stay in our robes and slippers supplied by the hotel. Good gym and steam room

Pool was poorly located as it never received sun

Nice Hotel at the Bung Ta Lua town lake. We had a spacious very comfortable clean room. The Hotel has not so many rooms, so it’s not crowded. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sofas and lounger invite you to take a break. The breakfast taste very well and you have to order the night before.

The whirl pool electric don’t work. The aircon sounds louder, when you like to cool down a bit more.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room, jacuzzi bathtub, high ceilings, outside downtown core, so you'll need transport to restaurants shopping etc. The second time here for us, we will go again when passing through the area.

Position very near to the lake. Very good Jacuzzi. Frigo very big. Room cleaning service excellent. Free bycicles.

Breakfast very poor and not acceptable for a 4 stars class hotel.

Everything from facilities to service. I would recommend it. Had a good rest. Location is further out from city center but you can use grab. Great value.

the lower ground was only accessible via stairs, proven difficult for guests with mobility issue. The AC was a bit too loud, but serve the purpose.
