What can I say — Epavlis Eleftheriadi is simply the place you must stay if you're vacationing in Paralia, Katerini. The location is perfect: about a 10-minute walk from the center, far enough from the noise and crowds to enjoy real peace and quiet. It offers a stunning view directly over the coastline. Just 3–4 minutes away you’ll find several excellent beach bars with great prices and fantastic service. The hotel itself is very reasonably priced — in fact, for the quality you get, it actually feels like a bargain. It’s a new building, with spotless rooms and bathrooms that are cleaned daily, including fresh towels and linens. The manager is fantastic — always ready to help and happy to recommend good places to eat or have fun. There’s ample parking right in front of the hotel, and you won’t have to worry about your car. Two streets run directly past the property — one leading to the beach, the other to the town center. Top-notch location, outstanding cleanliness and service. I’m a very critical person, and I honestly couldn’t find a single flaw — which says a lot. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like

I've stayed in this hotel for 9 nights with my family. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach. Quiet area, great for people with children. Free parking for your vehicle. The rooms are clean and tidy. The owner Lefteridis is a very professional and can help you out literally with everything. He provided a cozy matress for our daughter so she can enjoy her sleep and assisted with several other requests I've had in a fast manner. I highly reccommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paralia.

The host was very welcoming. The hotel is seeing the beach , it’s really close. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The internet connection was very good.

My only recommendation is to put a dryer at the balcony for beach towels.

The owners were very nice. Cleaning was done and towels changed daily. Modern hotel, nicely decorated. I slept well.

After showering the water ended up all over the floor. I did mention it to the owner as I was afraid I might slip. He said there was a scraper to push the water down the drain. I did do this afterwards.

The place is amazing - close to the beach and only 10 minutes from the center. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is very kind, helping, and nice! The owner is very kind and friendly and helped us with a lot of good recommendations for places around the town. I highly recommend it! We would definitely go again there.

It was a very pleasant stay. A quiet place, very clean and nice. The owner is a very communicative and nice person. 5 minutes walk to the beach. As a total was a very nice stay!

Would be nice to have a restaurant.

It was really clean. The stuff was very nice and the distance to the beach was short. It was close to the city centre, but at the same time it was quiet. Perfect place to stay in Greece!

A hotel from the balcony of which you can see the sun rising from the sea. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed, offering all the comfort for a successful stay at the sea. The towels were changed and cleaned daily. In the rooms there is a mug for heating water, very useful for preparing a tea or coffee that can be served on the balcony. The parking lot in front of the hotel is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The hosts sneaked a little surprise into our room, a specific home-made dessert.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel is about 7-10 mins from an amazing beach. Our room was with a great sea view. There was an air conditioner in every room. The room was cleaned every day.

Was incredible stay. Owner was always available for everything we needed and was helpful for where to visit nearby. The rooms was clean and the hotel was in quite location just a few minutes walk to a beach and main street. I recommended this place to anyone.
