We loved the setting and the design, and breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool area.

We were pretty disappointed with the communication. When we booked we were told there was a gym but it wasn’t yet opened when we arrived. We were told that the staff would look at other options (this was one of the reasons we chose the place) but they never got back to us. There were a few other instances when no one followed through on requests. It also didn’t have some of the other touches you might expect of a 5* hotel - we stayed at Capelongue the week before, which had a similar vibe (same group) but it was much more well done.

The hotel was stunning! The different pools and access to watersports with the views were amazing. The room had the best view of any hotel we’ve stayed at and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. One of the top five luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

We stayed at the very start of the season so naturally there are going to be learnings. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help although would say my only sticking point was it was slow to order poolside. Smallest detail and personal preference but there were no usb sockets in the room and the bathroom locks were a bit sticky but clutching at straws to find anything we didn’t love.

The room was exceptional, beautifully styled, amazing view, the bed was very comfortable. The choice of soft water pool, sea water pool or the sea is brilliant; they have a great selection of swimming accessories available to borrow (paddle, mask & scuba, fins, floaties...) for free, plus the paying excursions. The food and drink options are fantastic, from the poolside bar to the one Michelin star restaurant.

The service both at the poolside bar and the casual restaurant is a bit slow, and the downstairs toilets serving the restaurants and the pool were a little bit smelly.

We could enjoy the new wing with a sea view room and direct access to the beach. To me, the view, the location and the sea pool are exceptional and nothing matches it on the French Riviera. It is our 4th or 5th time there and we will be back !

The gym could have been with a sea view room:( Staff is young and nice but not always at the level of a 5 stars and at the price. You pay the view !

There is nothing about this hotel that I could fault. What an EPIC stay we had! My husband and I spent the first part of our baby moon here and it set the expectations so high, nothing could match this place! The salt water / sea pool is phenomenal, the food is exceptional, beds are comfortable, service is fantastic and views are breathtaking! We loved every minute of our stay and it’s worth every single cent! We hope to return one day! 🫶

I could not dream up a more perfect hotel. I am already plotting my return back next summer. Everything is exceptional, from the staff & service to the amenities (2 POOLS AND AN OCEAN) and breathtaking views. If I were smart I would gatekeep this so it doesn't get so popular but that wouldn't be fair to the incredible Les Roches team!

Location is exceptional. Concept and facilities are perfect for sea side holiday. Staff is well trained and motivated to help guests.

Reception lacks capacity to service afternoon arraivals, guests are hanging somewhere and are kept in dark- wether their rooms are finaly ready. Restaurant reservations are clamsy - middle management are not as supportive as should be.

The location, design of the rooms, Récif Michelin restaurant was an absolutely incredible experience, outdoor cinema experience, the staff at reception and the pool were exceptional (one person was even adjusting my umbrella when the sun was turning - he was really incredible and it’s these little attention that made it really special) !! Valet parking was really good and they had an electric charging station.

Building doesn’t look nice from outside (in the back). Our experience at the restaurant La plage were not good- food was ok (but not great) but staff was not so good at breakfast and dinner and really brought down the overall experience of the place.

The staff were very efficient from the moment we arrived. Tanya at reception made us feel welcome straight away and offered us a welcome beverage. There was water in the room when we arrived and a complimentary bottle of wine and a gift of honey which was a lovely touch. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and courteous,. The breakfast was very good and the view was awesome. The pool area was very clean and the staff were very helpful in arranging towels and umbrellas.

The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable as I found difficulty in getting up, however I overcame this problem by using the straight back chair from the bedroom. This however could be a problem for guests with poor mobility.

It's a fantastic location and that lives up to expectations. The terrace and both pool areas are excellent and give you plenty of space so even when its busy you don't feel crowded. Staff are really friendly and work very hard for you. Breakfast is really good quality and a great setting. We would definitely go back.

It's small things really that take it from good to great. Firstly for a 5 star hotel that charge premium rates it should be a midday checkout , not 11am in my opinion. Even at a premium hotel , paying 28 euros for a Margarita is highly excessive and not really knowing how to make one and have to be told , again for a premium hotel this should be standard. The restaurant is pretty good but again there are a couple of dishes that were not up to the standard but the rest were very good , a mixed bag. That said , it's small stuff and if those things can be fixed , all good.
