Self catering apartment, within walking distance of Nyali center and city mall, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. Good location in Nyali, little far off the beach but easily reachable by car or tuktuk. We booked the whole apartment for four people. Communication with the management was spot on and Anne helped us with some pizza delivery problems and to get an early morning transfer to Mombasa terminus. We also got to check in early which was nice.

One day the pool was closed even earlier than it was supposed to and for some reason they seem to close the pools in Kenya by 6 pm anyway for cleaning. Do not understand why, but this is Africa :) Lack of a/c: you can get a portable a/c for 600KSH a day though. But it would be a good improvement to have permanent a/c in the bedrooms. Note that the fourth bedroom is not in the apartment, but it is an independent unit outside the apartment. Smaller that the other bedrooms, so we did not use it at all.

The apartment was really good value for money. Nice and spacious shared living room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was also big enough. The room itself was of a decent size as well, with a comfy bed. I had a nice ocean view from my room! I also enjoyed my housemates. Anne and the cleaning lady are both lovely and were very accomodating. I was allowed to leave my luggage there for a couple of hours because my train only went in the afternoon. I appreciate that. There was a possibility to do your laundry, if needed. Complimentary water and tea is offered on the first day. I liked the area too (it's called Nyali), it's safe and there's enough to do. By the way the pool seemed lovely although I didn't go into the water. There's also an elevator if needed.

I didn't like the shower at all! Sometimes no hot water or any water coming out of the shower head at all, but at other times the water pressure was just fine. The floor was also too slippery and the door opened the wrong direction, very impractical. The kitchen to me was also not fully up to my standards but then again I'm a clean freak so maybe it's just me.

I can't comment on anything that went wrong during my say. It was home away from home. Becky the house keeper is excellent and way more. The place is quiet and perfect for official work and meetings. It's near nyali centre and transport is ready on mobile apps. Spent my mealtime in cafesseri which is a cool dinner walk away from fenns. The apartment is always clean, the people sharing the apartment are orderly. There is also an option of ordering in from few restaurants they hv partnered with.

Apartment in a quite new and modern residencial building, spacious, bright and elegant room en suite in a shared apartment with large living and kitchen corner, comfortable bed, nice view to mosque and sea, warm welcoming by Ester and Anne; WIFI well working; I think it suites more for a longer stay.

It's quite difficult to find, Google maps doesn't know it. With "Le Royal apartments" (the "Le" is very important!) you will find it. It's next to "Antalya apartments" and about 10 minutes walk to trendy Niyala City Mall (a bit spooky by night); Niyala beach is quite far away; there is no air conditioning and you have to pay extra for a mobile a/c; there is not sufficient illumination for reading in bed.

I loved the friendly staff in the property;Ruth and Mercy were exceptional. They were not only kind but also very proffesional. The apartment is also top notch;a good place to unwind especially with family.Security was on point. It's very close to the mall and the beach. I definitely recommend this to anyone 💯💯💯. It is serene, quiet, beautiful and modern with a nice view of the ocean and mosque. The location is easy to find with nearby large malls at walking distance. The staff is amazing, always in contact and ensuring the stay is smooth. The self check in, I found it cool. The sense of security was top notch. The host was kind enough to allow us extend a bit to accommodate our travel time and even offered the lounge after checkout. It was a great place to be

As much as I tried to look for one, couldn’t find any

location close to business area and easy transport! The tea and coffee and water that come with the apartment. Maybe drinking water should be offerd every day of the stay.

the left could be better maintained the floor had much wear and tear. There was alot of corosion of metal strutures around the pool and bathroom that management need to restore to maintain the value of the property

Sweet helpful staff. Great breeze in the kingsroom when opening up the big windows :D Big, well lit common area. Good value for money.

It's not that close to the beach. You have to walk a bit or take the tuktuk. The kingssize bed is two beds put together and you can feel it. Otherwise I found it to be comfortable. No AC, but the exceptional airflow in my room made up for it.

Netflix was not working Some of the taps were leaking but it was non issue

Esther is a good host, very kind and most helpful host I have ever come across. She was helpful and also the apartment was very clean quite and spacious. Close to city mall and walking distance to the beach. There’s room service daily and fresh linens provided. The apartment is very clean and spacious for family, groups or solo travel.
