The loveliest hotel, the staff honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Special shout out to Vish, Rose, Zeeshan and Nok - we would come to this hotel again just to be greeted by this lovely bunch. Vish honestly went above and beyond for my partner and I, we didn’t lift a finger as he was constantly making sure we had a good holiday. Honestly a huge thank you to the staff as they truly are an asset to the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, the pool area was like an oasis, pictures so not do it justice. Food and drinks are priced decently and of really high quality. Location was great and very close to some nice restaurants. We extended our stay until midnight and the hotel manager gave us a good price. Thanks to everyone who made our stay exceptional.

We loved everything. I made a mistake with our booking and on arrival reception quickly added an extra night for us. The bed is very comfortable it was hard to get out of! Breakfast was great and Dominic was so hospitable advising on which local dishes to try the omelette with curry on top was great like his grandma makes, but also non spicy options if you're not feeling adventurous that morning. All staff were lovely and helpful especially the chaps at the pool bar. We love that the pool is open until late so after a day out you can chill around the pool with drinks. A real oasis of calm to step back into after the craziness of baga.This hotel thinks of everything.

Where to start with how amazing this stay was. Firstly the hotel itself is beautiful. It is an oasis of tranquillity in the chaos that is Baga beach haha. The way the hotel is designed makes it feel so homely and the main thing is the staff absolutely make this place. Every single member of staff was SO unbelievably kind and helpful and made our stay what it was. I dont think Ive ever been looked after so well in a hotel, without the staff being all over you either. Big shout out to Rahul in the restaurant for looking after us in the food department. My partner loves to try the local food, loves spice and Indian food and Rahul brought him new things to try at breakfast every morning. He was amazing. He also looked after us in the evenings when we ate in the restaurant, which was 3 out of the 4 nights, and again the food was to die for. My mum doesnt eat spice either and he ensured the kitchen made up a dinner for her that had zero spice and was very western. So kind. All of the bar staff were amazing and looked after us in the day whilst we were in the pool, bringing drinks and lunch. It was a fabulous experience that we didnt want to end. The rooms are great, comfy beds, good size, great shower and a decent hairdryer ! which is always a big tick for me. I honestly didnt want to leave and we are already planning a return. Thank you ! Shout outs to Kunal at reception, chef Mrunal, Sitantushi and his partner in crime at the bar ( so so sorry we didnt get the name) and Saurabh in the restaurant - BUT LITERALLY ALSO EVERYONE AT THIS HOTEL. Never come across collectively better staff than this anywhere.

A hotel that truly lives up to your expectations. We spent quite some time choosing a hotel in North Goa for a short relaxing trip and to celebrate a birthday — and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. After booking, I left a message on Booking.com to request a birthday arrangement. I received a reply the same day from Jagruti, the Experience Manager. The process was fast, easy, and seamless. We were also given early check-in, which was great. The room is just nice, and it’s clean, equipped with everything you need, and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff attended to everything — opening car doors, handling our luggage — without us lifting a finger. We were greeted with welcome shots at the bar, given a quick tour of the hotel, and escorted to our room by Jagruti - wonderful personality with big bright smile, even her eyes are smiling. Every staff member we met was clearly well-trained, attentive, and professional. We had a half-board package, and the meals were absolutely scrumptious. Breakfast even included shots! The pool stays open until 1 am, with a bar that closes at 11 pm — perfect for a relaxed evening. What impressed me most was the staff’s patience and attention to detail, especially for the birthday celebration. The decor was simple, adorable, and eco-friendly, and it came with a cake. They even ensured housekeeping was done after the decoration so everything was comfortable and perfect. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The following morning, breakfast was served again with a cake, accompanied by the warmth and smiles of the team. And the little surprises didn’t stop there — while relaxing by the pool, the staff brought birthday beers! Everyone at the hotel is polite, attentive, and always smiling, from the reception, pool, bar, housekeeping, banquet, etc. Creating such a joyful, genuine, and personalized experience & interaction ain’t easy — but Ronil Goa makes it happen. Maybe music could be toned down a little bit early in the morning & late at night.

A genuine oasis of relaxation and just-so luxury, moments from the furore of Baga beach. It might be frenetic outside the gates, but inside there’s a perfectly dialled air of low-key cool. Food was delicious and reasonably priced (so much that I ate on-premises quite a few times, despite the local competition). Breakfast changed daily. Staff were incredibly courteous and professional in every interaction. My room was clean and quiet. Massive shout to the pool and bar staff that made the experience what it was. They’re a credit to the business. Everything was just-so. Congrats.

We stayed from 6th to 10th Aug 2025, booking two rooms, and I’m happy to say that the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures – no surprises, just as promised. This trip was a special gathering with childhood friends after many years, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Booking & Check-in: A big thanks to Ms. Jagruti (Experience Manager) and Ms. Rose for being super helpful right from the booking process. They made our check-in and entire stay smooth and hassle-free. Special mention to Mr. Manzour, Mr. Aldy, and Mr. Hilal for their constant support and warm hospitality. Airport Pickup: The hotel arranged a professional driver, Mr. Niyaz, who was easy to connect with at the airport, making our arrival stress-free. Rooms & Room Service: The staff here are incredibly co-operative, polite, and well-trained. Special thanks to Ankit (and another gentleman whose name I, unfortunately, forgot) for their excellent service. The bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped – a big plus for us. Pool Experience: The property has two pools – one small and one reasonably large – both well-maintained and clean. The poolside bar is a great touch, even for non-alcoholic drinks. The shisha (hookah) service, likely managed by Mr. Toko, was excellent – he really knows his craft and creates a relaxing poolside vibe. Restaurant: Chef Mrunal deserves a special mention – we requested Goan-style cooked fish, and he delivered it perfectly, giving us an authentic local taste. The restaurant service staff were also polite, attentive, and well-trained. As confirmed by the restaurant and several staff members, they also serve halal food, so our diverse group was able to enjoy meals according to everyone’s preferences. I also appreciate that no one insists on or expects tips, but their service is so good that you genuinely feel they deserve it. Location: Perfectly central, with easy access to all the popular and happening spots in the area.

Everything was superb and nothing to complain

First time Goa and found out it’s not the most exciting place. Unless you’re into clubbing. This hotel made my stay into a wonderful time. +/+ Rooms not big but comfortable with nice balcony. The whole place is spotless. They create an experience with nice little things Great pool which is like going into a warm bath. All day music. At nighttime a DJ which created a nice vibe Excellent food in restaurant. Indian as well as western. Loved the club sandwich All staff amazingly friendly. But Jenny from guest relations made it extra special 5-10 mins walk from Baga beach. Sunbeds are free as long as you order a drink. Great waves. -/- A few minor things. Breakfast gets crowded and a la carte orders take time Just too much staff. They all want to do their best but everytime ‘ everthing ok’ is sometimes tiring

I had the best experience at Hyatt Ronil, Goa — right from the moment my taxi arrived at the hotel to the time we left. Everything was so well taken care of by the hotel staff. We were greeted with welcome drinks the moment we arrived, and to my surprise, they even gave us our room two hours before the regular check-in time. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our stay. My highlights were definitely the two beautiful swimming pools, the complimentary mini bar (stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks!), and the fantastic breakfast spread every morning. The gym was also really nice and well-equipped — perfect for a quick workout before heading to the pool. What truly stood out, though, was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Even after we had checked out, while we were waiting outside in the heat, the staff noticed we were feeling warm and brought us fans and bottles of water — without us even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness and kindness really left an impression on us. Overall, Hyatt Ronil made our trip to Goa extra special. The hospitality, the attention to detail, and the overall experience were absolutely top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa — it’s a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and genuine care. If you have to decide between this hotel vs hyatt place Goa Candolim, then choose this one. After this hotel, we went to Hyatt place and had a disastrous experience (not with the staff but overall experience). If this is 10/10, Hyatt place is 3/10.

The facilities were on point. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with crisp linen. The pool is the vortex of activity and has a nice vibe. The property is plush and welcoming. The staff especially Eijaz, Hilal and Monsur went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Eijaz who welcomed usand showed us around the property was articulate and amiable.

The breakfast could do with some improvement. Pastries can be made fresh and crisp. More local food included on the buffet spread may be nice. Also a revamp of the bath towels is in order. Mattress is a bit soft and springy but we slept comfortably enough.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. I’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed and cared for. From the front desk to the café and housekeeping, every single person treated me like I was the most important guest in the building—warm, attentive, and full of personality. It wasn’t just service; it was connection. They remembered my name, checked in often to see if I needed anything, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. Even with all its creative flair and fun energy, the hotel still delivered real comfort and quality. And for the price? It felt like I had stumbled onto a secret—an experience that far exceeded what I paid for. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a full-on vibe. If you’re looking for a place that’s stylish but unpretentious, full of character, and staffed by some of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet, I couldn’t recommend it more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my next visit.

The only slight blemish in an otherwise exceptional stay was discovering that the bed sheets had not been freshly changed upon arrival. Unfortunately, the surrounding area and nearby beach didn’t live up to the charm of the hotel itself. The beach was overcrowded and littered in places, which made it difficult to relax. More upsetting was the uncomfortable behavior we experienced from groups of men who lingered nearby, watching and approaching in ways that felt intrusive and unsettling. Despite repeatedly asking for space, new groups would take their place, leaving us feeling vulnerable and taken advantage of. We ended up leaving the beach early and chose not to return for the rest of our stay.
