I ll give 10/10 for the breakfast, room service, and room.

1)Disappointed with the attitude of the front desk staff. They are not welcoming, have no greetings, and attend with annoyance. Not even looking at our faces while answering. Rude . The indian lady should learn how to serve customers. No one comes tir to stay for free. I ve stayed in a few hotels across banglore on my visits to india. This is the worst service I have ever had. 2) They joined two single beds, with two separate bed sheets, and it totally uncomfortable for us to sleep. At least they should have placed single bedsheets and provided one big size blanket. 3) WiFi services need to be efficient and precisely portioned. Get disconnected many times.

We chose the hotel just for the location We were attending a event at the embassy riding club ans this is the only decent hotel in 15 mins drive range Room was large and comfortable

Definately can do better with room service and better quality linen, also have a better selection of TV channels , not just catering to local stations. Room service asked for 45 mins to deliver a cup of tea....need to fix that for sure! Also wifi in todays world needs to stay on , not log in every day separately for each day of your stay.

Wanted a hotel close to the airport to attend an event. The suite was super comfortable and spacious. The WiFi worked well. .Staff was polite, The hotel arranged for taxi for us.

None of the dishes served at breakfast was tasty. They have a good spread but unfortunately nothing tasted good, except for the sambhar. Didn't get rooms next to each other as requested; but that was fine because we were told that there is only one suite per floor. Not much to write about the lobby etc.

This is a great transit hotel; only 20mins from the airport with modern, clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money too. We asked for a cab to be booked for 4am to get back for our flight and it was waiting for us when we came down to reception, which was a big relief at that time of the morning!

A modern hotel with room and facilities more close to European standards. The breakfast buffet was also great with both Indian and Western choices. A water kettle with complementary RO water, coffee and tea bags were available. The small fridge with mini snack bar (paid use of items in the snack bar) is also very useful for families. Distance is only 500m or so from the airport highway. Tip: If you plan to visit Yelahanka or nearby places, choose a hotel like this closer to the airport road for the best experience, as these hotels mainly cater to the airport travellers and keep some minimum standards compared to others in the same price range.

The moment you leave the awesome airport road, the 500m strech of road until the hotel is broken/uneven. Nothing which will bother Bangalore residents, but others could be surprised. Not a fault of the hotel though.

Breakfast and other amenities were good.

Commuting from hotel to elsewhere was slightly difficult using Uber app. But hotel would arrange drop on request.The reception staff were always busy difficult to reach through phone. Thanks to GM who was always kind and readily answered all our queries.

The property is located close to the Bengaluru Airport and is well maintained. Rooms are clean and having reasonably good space.

In a double-bed room, it is normal to expect two sitting chairs in the room along with a tea table. Surprisingly there was only one chair in the room. Utilities like dental kit, shaving kit and iron are provided on demand. These things should be available in the room by default. A pair of room sleepers in the room is also lacking.

Only 15 mins from airport but in rather bleak semi- industrial area with rough access road. However perfectly adequate for overnight stay prior to flight home. Suite was excellent with masses of amenities: 90 Mbps wifi, Netflix etc, robes, slippers, bottled water, fridge, 2xTVs, A/C in bedroom, tea, coffee, kettle, shoe clean, great shower, USB charger points by bed, hairdryer etc Clean efficient restaurant but little non- Indian food save for pizzas, fries etc up to 7 pm. Staff very helpful. Exceedingly good value suite: £61

No balconies as advertised. Limited non- Indian food. Poor views from rooms and limited windows

The hotel is excellent, the cleanliness is excellent, the reception staff is very nice, there is a manager in the hotel around the clock. An excellent manager gave us many indulgences. The price is lower than the hotel is worth. A very varied and beautiful breakfast. Thank you hotel management

1Service was very good, the front desk people arranged for taxi to airport that was prompt and also updated my room change. Service at restauarant was very nice too.

I had to change to a room with window, after first they gave a windowless room.
