The colonial architecture, original California Moorish style, The general cleanness. The Pool is huge and looking very enticing to get into it. The restaurant was amazing. I love this hotel and will be back for more nights stay with entire family. Price was very reasonable too.

I guess this hotel shall have an all inclusive plan for visitors too. For 3 or 5 or 7 nights family stay. A mini bar was missing in the room also. Some extra water bottles.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. It had all kind of options available. Additionally the location was perfect only three two block from the main square.

The pool was not working while we stayed there. They were doing maintanance. Also the staff at the end were kinda disspointed that we didn't consume anything from the restaurant. This is always optional

Buga is very hot and sticky but the hotel has a magnificent pool and the rooms had Aircon! Great poolside bar/lunchtime meals. A short walk to the Basilica

It would be wrong to fault things too much but it would have been nice if the proper restaurant was open in the evening. The Aircon was necessary - it was a bit noisy though but it would have been hell without it!

I grew up enjoying this hotel’s pool. I love the gardens and the holidays decorations for this time of the year. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the courtesy and attention by all the staff outstanding.

Great price to quality ratio. Excellent location. The staff is amazing. Spacious rooms. Very nice pool. The decor is classic colonial. The shower is very hot and with proper pressure.. The in room wifi is quite good.

The pillows are terrible. The chair for the work desk was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast could be more varied. The light bulbs in the room have a cold color temperature.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel with excellent service. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant is also enjoyable. On-site parking is available. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Wi fi barely worked in our room.AC was weak, room a bit dated.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise from the bar was very loud until late in the night. We were in a room close to the bar and had difficulty sleeping.
