It's a clean, nice hotel and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are nice and clean. If one needs anything for the kitchen in the room, it is possible to ask in the reseption. The surrounsing area is ok and there is a few restaurants close by.

I found the matress to be a little too hard, but that is simply a matter of my own preference, rather than a huge problem. If one wants a variety of breakfast, this is not theplace for you. There is very limited options, but the options they do have is very delicious. The airconditioner could have been cleaned a bit as it was vey dusty, same with the fsn, I chose to so it my self. I didn't like that there was no bedside lamp. One either needes to have all the light on or nothing.

Remansos is my go to place in Palmira, Colombia. I feel safe at Remansos which is my number one priority. It's a homey, comfortable and affordable place. They serve a traditional fresh made breakfast. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Called taxi service for us adding to that sense of safety that I appreciate. Totally recommend it!!!

The place is what I need. Not a huge fancy hotel but has all the amenities. I like this place.

The hotel is very well located. No more than 10 minutes walk to Palmira town centre. I had a difference in price when I arrived, but it was due to tax charged to all hotels. My mistake, I thought in price tax was included in fee I got online. I had the opportunity to check other hotels in area. This was definitely the best. I love how bright and clean the room and bathroom were and super friendly and helpful all staff were. Breakfast was superb, very traditional colombian breakfast served very quick and always tasty. I love the air-conditioning and fridges in each room. I did not like not having a wardrobe to hang coats and clothes, but they gave me hangers and it was not a problem. Nice warm water too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay again on my next visit to Palmira.

Veil or other type curtains for privacy are something would better the experience, there is a blackout.

Breakfast was amazing! The quite of the place is nice. Mosquito 🦟 was the issue in the room. Windows was open before arrival and room had lots of mosquitoes 🦟 Bed was a continuous look for them to eliminate them from the room. Other then that, all was very pleasant at this stay.

Mosquito 🦟 in the room. I didn’t wanted to get fumigated, Bcs then I be sleeping breathing that químical’s. Perhaps clavos oils in the property or mind spray Will keep the property mosquito free.

Very peaceful and comfortable patio area. Air conditioner worked fine, and bed was comfortable. Had small refrigerator and can become useful for longer stays. Breakfast was basic and good.

Had a 1-night stay. The only thing I would suggest is an upgrade to bathroom if you want to take the hotel to a higher category but presently a good value.

The staff is very nice. they have very good system for hot water to shower. Internet was good.

There is no stop contacts near the bed or more places in the room.

The safety of the place it’s gated and locked only staff can open it. Plus they help me get taxis the food is great this country is amazing I’m coming back in June
