Modern room, comfortable shower/bed, favorable location close to Chipichape mall. Polite/correct staff. Breakfast has something for everyone with minor variation. The fruit juices had no added sugar, which we appreciated (as a minority, since there were barely touched).

At breakfast the bread/pastry products seemed never to be fresh. Also underwhelming were the coffee (watery) and chocolate milk (milk with trace amounts of milo). These things could be improved. However, overall still happy with it.

The breakfast bar host various fresh fruit along with fresh squeeze juice. You also had a choice of made to order eggs. An array of beverages for your breakfast enjoyment. And the staff maintained cleanliness of the dining room area. The rooms were spacious and housekeeping did an amazing job in maintaining the rooms. I experience the most amazing sleep and relaxation. The area is very quiet and yet an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. I experience safety as a female solo traveler. There was always someone around to answer a question or provide assistance. The front desk staff was amazing. Always very friendly, supportive and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable.

If the traveler has heavy luggage, it's difficult to get to the room. Must go down stairs to get to the elevator. Must go up stairs to get to the room from the elevator. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to heat up. Only cold water in the sink. No way to access paid tv services, Netflix, Prime, etc. No way to cast, or connect a cast receiver to the TV.

No service to bring up the luggage! Was asked to bring 2 big luggages up the stairs . Not nice !

Property very well maintained, nice and very gentle staff. Breakfast was also good for the price with variety of options.

Wet zone was not working

The Daily Included Breakfast was Magnificent each and every day. The variety of Breads, Fruit, Juices, and Hot Food was exceptional! The Coffee was absolutely amazing!

It would be nice if the Hotel had a Pool and a small Gym.

Close to Chipichape Shopping center. Good breakfast. Nice breakfast staff.

Too noisy on the first floor rooms. Select a top story room if you want to sleep well.

Location! Location! Location! Safe area to walk around in, tons of great restaurants at walking distance. Clean facilities, great breakfast variety. Super friendly staff.

Great location,room was large, suite... though the bathroom was ridiculously small Close to good restraints

Bathroom was so tiny in a large suite...the downstairs area shows a TV in the photos but was not one so the down stairs area was not really needed. Plus power points did not work. WziFI was very poor, was better hotel wifi in the salon next door, odd.

The cleanliness and guest friendly.

A little noise in the mornings, from TV or music. Unsure if it was inside or outside the property. Wish they had a warm blanket available.
