The staff is amazing and goes way beyond. The breakfast is amazing a lot of different varieties. The fresh juice and fruit is so good. I like the fact that they make eggs and omelettes for each order. If you would like the only thing I did not care for was the construction. The noise is really bad from the nightlife and street life that goes on around there And there is a weird humming buzzing noise that goes on inside the hotel it will keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper which I am and every time I try to use the TV for an app to work it would not work so I was basically there for eight days with no TV for English . But it is guarded by security 24 seven so no one that is not supposed to be in there is getting in there at all. You have to use a key card to get up and down and they do want your bags when coming in with metal detector. They do have a mini bar that stays completely stocked. The pool on the rooftop is a nice bonus. The pool guys are friendly and they will accommodate you on the music that you wanna listen to and it is loud. It’s nice it gives off summer vibes for sure. There is also a large galleria shopping mall on the bottom floor. There is a place where you can exchange currency. There is a fabulous salon ladies go get your nails and toes done or your highlights are cut men go to the barbershop. it is very cheap. The people in there are amazing. There’s so many different places to shop and food. You will not be disappointed. The street life in the construction is horrible

Excellent breakfast spread as usual. Great buffet. Hotel location is central to everything. The mall is steps away. Everything is at the Chipichape Mall: Food, clothing , Pharmacies(5) Spas, Dentist. Everything you need from Head to toe. Yes. It here. My second visit and we might just visit again next year. Safety 10/10. My kid (15) leaves from the hotel to go to the restaurants on his own all the time. He love the variety of food choices here and of course the price. Don't hesitate. Very safe here. If I knew more Spanish I would consider buying a place here.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Spirito by Spiwak! The location is perfect, right next to Chipichape Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the food was delicious. Security is also very visible, which made me feel safe at all times. I would definitely stay here again!

As a female travelling to Colombia for the first time, this was an amazing experience. I felt very safe and the room was fantastic. Staff very helpful and location was perfect. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel.

There is only one thing that could be added to make it perfect - good coffee!! Offer capuccinos, espresso etc. The coffee is very average especially that Colombia is known for having great coffee!! A kettle in the room would be good to be able to make tea or coffee.

The central location, the mall, a grocery store, and big hotel across the street.

I’m a handicapped person( amputee) I gad to ask for chair to be able to take a shower due to my prosthetic leg can’t get wet. The staff showed me the handicap accessible room on the 3rd floor, but the only difference was that it had handicap bars and still no bench or chair. The view from that room was horrible, and it faces the restaurant. I did not switch because my original room had a beautiful view of the city and was in a higher floor

Location is perfect and breakfast was excellent. It leaned more towards a brunch since they had some lunch items available as well. Security was always visible and friendly. Hotel was modern and up to date.

We didn't have access to rooftop pool and terrace. They claim it was undergoing maintenance

The car park system and charges were ridiculous. Nice hotel but unfortunately the car par staff and their ridiculous charges make me never want to stay there again. Also the restaurant and bar closes at 11pm which is not ideal for a hotel at this level.

The Breakfast was typical for the hotel, and sufficient, you do have to go early to be able to find a spot especially if you travel during during a busy month such as December

The Check in is extremly slow, in my case it was 30 to 40 min, but there was a Woman with kids that had been waiting for more than two hours. It seems that they need to have extra staff for Decemeber as it is probably the most busy month of the Year. Also one of the Nights the Hotels Parking space was filled to Max Occupancy and I had to park in the Malls Parking Area, which was a slight incoveniance.

Very modern and new! Room was really spacious with a great view of the area. Loved that the bathroom has shower and not a bathtub!

Nothing, everything was beautiful! Only issue in my opinion is that the front desk takes too long for check in/out, however everyone was super nice and helpful!
