It is a boutique hotel near everything... Everything is in proper order, everything is neat and clean, although it is a boutique hotel is very comfortable on the different rooms we had as a family. Customer service is top rated... They really make the best to comply with guests expectation. Especially Liliana Amortegui, who help us even before reaching Cali, and during our stay was always available, even with some orientation with information so we had a nice stay in Cali.

There is some sort of College or School near by, and one day they started some noises as early as 6 30 am...

Incredibly friendly staff, from the reception to the restaurant all of them were super gentle. I love that the place has an open small gym on the 4th floor with a nice view, business rooms and other facilities. Also, the place is located in a quiet street next to the main boulevard, the rooms are okay for a short stay and the cleaning staff is amazing too. I'll definitely book again every time I have a business trip to Cali, oh and the coffee in the breakfast one of the best I've had in Colombia!

I ended up losing my phone in the city and with the wonderful fabulous help of Evelyn, the receptionist, I was blessed to get my phone back. I will never ever forget how wonderful the receptionists were to myself and my mom!! Best service in every which way everyone was to us. Great cleaning service as well.

Nice and clean little hotel with new construction, very good breakfast , affordable. Very close to the Chipichape mall in Cali, like commercial zone

Location and appearance of the street and zone was a little bit scary at night. I did not feel like walking those 3-4 blocks to the mall. Gym was really limitted and located at a terrace, too hot for working out, only the treadmill works

Bathroom to small especially for elder persons: Shower area is dangerous with smooth floor tiles. Need to change for anti -slip tiles

The buffet breakfast which was great and had many protein, carbohydrate and fruit options. The chef working NYE weekend was excellent. The rooms were of a high quality and good value for the price paid.
