Breakfast was great! Private bathrooms are very clean. Rooms were spacious. Restaurant and Bar on-site. Beautiful waterfall almost across the street. Restaurant food and drinks were delicious!

No fans. Right in busy street so with windows open road noise is loud. Also, I can hear restaurant patrons with open windows. In summer it's warm and u have to open the windows for air. Use a noise machine and bring a fan.

Very comfortable, convenient for our trip to Foroglio. Our evening meal there was as generous a portion as we have ever had. And it tasted good. View of the Bignasco waterfall thrown in too.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Good continental breakfast and delicious meals at restaurant. Clean and well-functioning private bathroom. Staff especially effective at helping travelers from outside the area.

A lighting fixture burned out in bathroom during our stay. A minor inconvenience.

Good location, friendly staff, nice dinner, comfortable bed, clean even I had to share the bathroom. Room window facing the back of the building was great: calm and peaceful over a meadow.

The room felt a bit tiny but I'm a bit claustrophobic.

The dinner was the best we had on our hike from Prato to Locarno! Really enjoyed the space of the room and the view from the room. Breakfast was simple but good.

This is really a minor thing, but a second blanket on the bed would be great.
