An authentic colonial style building with a small but nice swimming pool in a top location . A tasty breakfast in superb decor. We especially appreciated the great attitude of local taxidrivers community (see further).

Although the staff was friendly, they did not really react proactively when we discovered that we had left a luggage item in the taxi that had dropped us just a few minutes earlier. Eventually we recovered this item ourselves thanks to my wife's initiative to take an other taxi back to the bus terminal. On this short trip we told our taxi driver what had happened and he announced this in the Whatsapp group gathering all drivers of all taxi companies in Campeche! Within half an hour our lost item was brought back to the hotel!!

It was absolutely beautiful! The decor, courtyard, pool 🥰The breakfast was great! The shower was the best I’ve had in a year of traveling! Lovely little balcony, comfy beds, perfect location (not too noisy compared with other places on this town), and the staff were super friendly! I enjoyed the 24 hour security, feels very safe! They also provided us with hot water for tea in the evening which a lot of places won’t, these little touches make all the difference!

Sadly, the Wi-Fi was not working during my visit and as I work online it was a big problem for me (I lost two days salary). The staff were wonderful and found me another room to work in which was great if not ideal. It also mean that Netflix didn’t work, and as my father is a pensioner, it bothered him a lot. They did offer us a different room (though we were too tired to change) so the staff definitely did their best to help, and sorted me a complimentary breakfast to apologize. They accidentally booked our 5:30am cab to the wrong place 🤦🏽‍♀️ luckily I realised so no big deal.

A beautiful traditional building with a nice little pool to refresh on the hot Yucatán days. Friendly staff and everything was well kept.

When you are on the ground floor you might easily be awakened by the staff setting up the breakfast, for us early birds it was no problem but be aware of that. Also our room was quite dark because we could not really open the windows/blinds due to the courtyard being next to our room.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Staff were friendly kind and really helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's great to have the pool, I found it a very relaxing stay.

The brass band practice in the main square is really loud but only from about 8-9pm - I didn't mind it! If you're worried, there are rooms towards the back of the building, where you can't hear anything. The pool could have been cleaner, but otherwise great!

This property is truly stunning. Everything about it is gorgeous. You do have to understand it is an old, historic building with original architecture in a tropical climate and so there are steps everywhere, the plaster is always going to need more work, it doesn’t have all the modern clean features. This is what makes it special to us.

The hotel is a beautiful building in a convenient location. The room was nicely furnished. The swimming pool was very tempting but we just didn't have enough time to go in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Had a very good breakfast at a very reasonable price.

The shower wasn't so great. The shower head needs replacing/updating causing a bit of flood in the bathroom.

The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The hotel has its own private parking which is very practical. Staff is super helpful. The location is perfect to visit Campeche by foot.

The mattress was not confortable : very hard. The room itself could do a refresh, it’s a bit outdated. There is no isolation so you can hear the road a lot.

Really nice hotel, with a very authentic colonial look and a good location. The breakfast was not included but we paid on top and it was good value for money. The pool is cute and big enough with chairs, but it sometimes gets crowded. Very nice staff. There is parking available on demand, a 5mn walk.

The room is big and clean but we regretted that it was pretty dark inside (no daylight).

The staff was did a great job, professional. The onsite parking was important to us. room was clean, as was the common areas

The weather was very hot. It took about 45 minutes for the room to cool down. I am not in the hotel business, however if you have a confirmed reservation, and you know what room you are going to assign, it might be nice if the room was cooled down a bit

Very beautiful and authentic hotel in the city centre with lovely staff. Beautiful room with high ceiling and comfortable bed. Lots of water pressure in the shower! Also a nice pool to cool off and a lovely patio. There were many breakfast options to choose from (not included), both international and Mexican.

Small details but our air conditioning was quite loud (but was of course nice to have!) and there weren’t really curtains, so maybe wear ear plugs and a mask for sleeping ;)
