We travel frequently but this is the far best place where we felt welcomed, pampered, slept fantastically, ate really good. We have been to fancier places but here somehow everything was by our taste. Both our small kids and us enjoyed. We even woke up at 10 o'clock on Saturday which is something that never happened since we are parents. Beds are extra comfy and the pillows were the best we had in a hotel. Breakfast was tasty with enough choice to accommodate vegans as well. Parents, this hotel has best black out curtains and good sound proofing and everyone is hotel were making us feel welcomed and loved kids. Accross hotel is small shopping mall with big grocery shop that is open till 10pm. Also there are great restaurants around. You will be getting daily small water bottle per person. We felt extremely safe and we didn't even lock our passports or laptop in deposit box.

Breakfast was starting at 0600 and that came very handy. Quality of food was as expected. The neighborhood had everything you need, like opportunity for shopping, dining out, cafes and bars etc.

The hotel offered free parking, but that actually meant parking in the Mall's parking area nearby, if there was an empty slot. Or could park by chance on the busy street in front of the hotel. Although the room was a non-smoking one, the smell of it was like smoke-house. There was continuous smoke coming from the staff-room, that wake us up even midnight.

The hotel is a nice one. I especially liked the water pressure, and the water cooking corner. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. The location is very good, close to the restaurants and a car parking area. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I would suggest the hotel to put some description to the items served at breakfast. It would be helpful for foreigners to understand. (This is more as an improvement suggestion.)

The location is very good. The breakfast start at 6 AM which is perfect. Big mall across the street. Lots of street parking space. Bathroom full with amenities. Staff speaks good English, very helpful and ready to assist. The best thing about this hotel are the people that work there.

It is more to expect from a 5 star hotel. I would honestly give it 4 stars. The room is okay, but the bathroom needs restoration. The aircon was very noisy and not possible to use if you want a calm sleep. Breakfast is satisfactory, nothing special.

A very wonderful hotel, distinguished in terms of location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and opposite the hotel there is a large shopping complex that contains all the requirements, in addition to the presence of free parking near the hotel and the strategic location in terms of the presence of restaurants and cafes

Loaction was good, nice restaurant close by. Free parking around the hotel. People are friendly and supportive. Would come again, except for the breakfast.

I had to change my room because it had a very strong smoking smell, which is quite surprising in a hotel which offers nonsmoking rooms only. Breakfast was not good, supposedly warm meals were not even lukewarm but cold.

A nice location, rooms were clean and the staff were very kind.

We asked iron and the one they brought was in terrible condition. It had burnt and the steam button was not functioning. We asked a replacement and the new one was also almost the same. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin needs a maintanance

No parking offered by the hotel. The only option was to park in a lot that is shared with a mall, so it was not easy to find a spot. The room given to us had cigarettes smell.

Lovely hotel very clean. Big bed and comfy. Location was great.

When ordering room service, no one picked up the phone, and we had to go down to reception physically to order food to the room

Location is not a perfect but it is good. It is not near tram stations but you can use the bus and taxi. It is near a mall which an advantage.
