The hotel proved to be exceptional, boasting an excellent location right in the heart of the city, with a staff that was incredibly friendly.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't meet my liking. Firstly, an unpleasant odor emanated from the bathroom, and I believe it would be prudent for the hotel management to address and rectify this concern. Secondly, the sounds from police station vehicles and the street infiltrated the room through the windows. It would greatly improve the stay if the hotel could invest in better soundproof windows to mitigate such disturbances from the outside environment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Stella Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a blend of modern comforts and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request Especially Ms Buse made our stay comfortable

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. It situated in the middle of the city, so no car needed for us. Any direction can be easiy reached by taxi which is quite cheap. Room air-conditioned by sometimes nosiy due to the traffic outside. Linen and towel were always clean and regularly changed. Even though the breakfast was fine and diverse , I' d recommed to managers to add some delicious sweets. This hotel is definitely worth the price. Personnel is responsive and polite, even with a small incident ( sorry for lamp in the lobby) nobody paid attention and everything was solved in a few minutes. To be honest I really enjoyed of period of staying in the hotel. Good choice!

As said about breakfast.I would add some sweets .

Perfect location: near the riverbed-perfect for walking; near the police station-feeling very safe; near the tram stops, near the tramway stops-was able to reach all locations, e.g., bus stations, etc. The train station is in walking distance. Reception staff was very helpful, much appreciated

Clean. Breakfast was really good. Best cigar börek this far in Türkiye.

Smell of a cigaret from room next door was really annoying. Whole corridor smelled like wet ashtray. All food in fridge did froze

The location was right in the centre of town. It was a very good distance between the train station and shopping area. And the other sights!

There was a bit of a bathroom smell. But apart from that everything was good!!

The location is perfect right in the middle of the city center. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The bathroom was a little bit small, beside this everything was perfect.

All staff are friendly and doing great with beautiful smile. when we had arrived the rooms were ready and the receptionist upgraded the second room to be with breakfast as well. The location is wonderful in the middle of everything. The breakfast is amazing and well prepared. I am looking to come again Inshaa Allah.

The toilet is small but clean.

We got two rooms which is nice and convenient for my kids.

The bedsheet looks old. Please change it to a new and clean one. Environment also is not so suitable if you guys have kids. Too many bars and dogs. The district is noise and too much people all days. So difficult to park you car at the back of the hotel 😟
