We had booked the King Suite but were given another apartment on the first floor. We agreed to the swop but the King Suite would have been better. We had problems with the toilet plumbing. The hotel is conveniently located close to markets and museums. Eskisehir is a gem, and the Breeze Hotel and its staff added to a great experience.

They didn't even provide 01 bottle or a glass of water, they charge extra for water. There is a door lock problem not locking smoothly

The only one thing missing was the Air conditioning system was not in the property.

First and foremost, very clean (room, beds, bathroom, facilities) and also very comfortable (comfy beds and quiet street at night.) We had the family room and it was very spacious (a separate room with single beds for kids.) The facilities are simple but nice and useful. Breakfast had a very good variety especially for the price. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Wifi works fast too. The location is very central and easy access to city center by a short walk. Very good value for money.

Nothing. If you drive there, you see do not enter signs on both ends of the street (there's a big police station across the hotel), but it seems nobody really cares and you can actually drive into the street and then park in front of the hotel.

The hotel is situated near the central area and is extremely comfortable. It's easy to access and there was a parking place for us in front of it. The rooms are large and comforable and everything is well arranged. There's a lift for the higher floors. These are apartments and we have a big one with two rooms and a kitchen box. The people are extremely nice and respond to each of our needs. I had a Genius bonus for breakfast and there was no problem with that. The breakfast is a rich Turkish one and there was something for every taste. This is an excellent place to stay at!

Everything was perfect starting by how nice the stuff were and ending by how the room was so comforting.
