We loved the cleanliness , location, the great restaurant next door; also the fact you have a No Frills, Pizza Pizza - that sells ice cream, and Popey’s next door.

Nothing wrong with the fixed shower, very clean and good hot water, but for families with kids an upgrade to a handheld shower with a hose would be helpful.

Great location in north end of town. Trapper's Restaurant has excellent food, but there are other food locations within a 3 minute walk, including Timmies. 5 min drive to downtown.

Overall, there is nothing not to like. A clean, comfortable place to stay and rest your head for your next adventure!

It is a very clean motel with a really good restaurant. It was fun staying in a place that is comfortable and your car is in front of your room. :) It has character. The staff is nice and helpful.

Our coffee maker was slow.

Super clean! Spacious room, located just beside the office, great for our family with two young kids!

I found the beds to be a little hard, but still quite comfortable. A bit smaller than a usual motel queen sized, I don’t think my husband and I would both fit on one bed. Not really an issue yet as our kids are very young, but might be a bit trickier next year. Haha

Very clean, great staff and met all the expectations. The restaurant was fabulous. It was some of the best food that my family ate on our trip.

The bed and pillows could have been a little softer.

The system of invoicing should be better. Working with businesses we need a detailed invoice not conmen sense. The owner was very impolite and show of. When asked for detailed invoice to prove that I payed for the hotel with master card he called "what is this stupid thing"

The location was convenient, not far off Hwy 400, but in town. Amenities were close and a nice walk to the centre of Parry Sound. Rooms were very clean and up to date. It was very quiet and good value.

Breakfast was unavailable when we checked out at 11:00 am Room was great! Unexpectedly terrific! I was allowed to stay a second night even though all the staff had the night off (holiday weekend). Thank you very much for that. I was able to drop my husband off and then return to the room for most of the day.

My grandson says they have the best beds , better than any he has slept in at other hotels😀 amazing staff. The restaurants food was awesome.😋 Would definitely stay here again . 👍 My son says the lady who was looking after the place ,motel and restaurant was super pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable of the area😀

Very nice , clean, fresh feeling room. Nice and quiet.Very helpful staff. Checked on us cuz we showed up late. Restaurant is very good. Friendly staff.
