Location and Breakfast

Toilet in room is not separated from bedroom…not really nice if you are not alone in the room.

The mould along the bath tub needed to be get rid of .

No shower unit

Breakfast is great with a good variety as compare to most EU hotels. Room was spacious. However, my room facing the inner court (restaurant) was very noisy when I opened my window because guests were sitting there chatting. Flushing system in the room was not so good too. The hotel parking area is dark and narrow. Was unable to see a clear left turn sign at the entry. Once you miss the turn, making a reverse will cause your car to knock onto their entry bar and finally you must bear the repair costs.

The location was perfect, right on the main square. We hadn’t been able to get a space in the car park but were able to park in the street free of charge as it was the weekend. The room was beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and dinner in the restaurant was excellent too.

I would have appreciated blinds on the windows, the curtains didn’t totally block the light out. The air conditioning looked like it should be simple to operate but maybe it wasn’t working in our room. As we were only there for one night and it wasn’t very hot we didn’t enquire.

The hotel is placed right in the middle of the town square, so the location is perfect. Modern style layout and a specious restaurant on the ground floor as the meeting and dining place. The rooms are clean ,modern style and luxurious with air con. The staff go beyond to help the customers and are at your request to help you with anything you need. Would recommend it whether you're going on a business trip , exploring, or just to have fun !

Sometimes it's hard to get to where you want because of the layout

Service was good. First day I tried several food options from their restaurant, it was amazing. On the next day it was less amazing but good, waitress justified it as they have different chefs. So chef and stuff who were working 12th Apr, you are amazing!

Nothing to complain. All good. Spa zone is was not big enough imho for entire hotel

The location is wonderful. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the young guy from reception. The food is incredible and probably one of the best breakfasts on the planet.

They only have a pool at their other hotel near by. Not enough toiletries to say the list. The opening hours of their SPA are weird and their spa treatments aren’t solid.

The hotel is spacious with beautiful design. The stuff is very polite and helpful. Nothing is a problem. Families are very welcome with facilities for children and little playroom in the corner of the restaurant. Lots of space to chill out. Lovely breakfast and tasty dinners. Rooms are big. Comfortable bed. Great shower in the bathroom. We had a great stay. It felt like home.

The hotel main door is not from the square. After dark it’s not a very pleasant walk to access the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable but the glass walls in the bathroom doesn’t allow to close the curtains from the inside of the bathroom especially curtains above the bathroom door which doesn’t give you much privacy.

Once again, a perfect stay in a comfortable, regional culture themed hotel that exceeds itself with Polish hospitality. I had left the " do not disturb sign " on my door by mistake and realized that I needed towels to be replaced ( this was evening. I called reception and asked for a couple of clean towels, which I offered to pick up at the desk. Immediately, a young man came with extra mineral water and a very friendly cleaning gal who offered to do a quick tidy up of the room.
