The staff was very helpful. We were coming in late from Ukraine and weren't going to arrive until after the 11pm office closure. The staff made special arrangements to accommodate us, for which we were extremely grateful. They also let us hang out there all day after we checked out waiting for our ride. For which we were grateful since it was raining.

There wasn't anything we disliked or didn't expect. We got exactly what we were expecting: bare bones hostel, clean sheets, safe secure, plenty of bathrooms, working locks. This is not a youth hostel with a lot of socializing or even places to socialize. The beds were similar to all the other beds we slept on in Germany and Ukraine: very hard by US standards. The kitchen doesn't get unlocked until 11am and closes at 11pm. But this is exactly what we expected given the affordable price

Strategic location right to the bus, train station. And on the way to the center. Nice receptionnist, nice kitchen area I was able to work there and watch TV, you can cook too. The shared room was only 3 people.

No lift. Bathroom which need to be more cleaned. The premises are somewhat old which show an abandonned atmosphere hotel. The price was surprisingly high for a shared room but it was saturday night.

This hostel was only available at the last minute when I booked it for mother and daughter arriving the same night. We are very grateful to the stuff especially to the Ukrainian speaking lady Yana who called us and explained how to get to the hostel so late at night.

Really nothing much... the room was comfortable enough for such a short stay... There were not towels in the bathroom and no toilet paper ... but probably it was in the rules, we didn't see it.

Location, just next to the train and bus (local!) station. Value for money. Hot shower
