I like the territory and the big area of private parking. The location if you travel by car is super. I love that the rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The reception works 24/7✅

It was clean but some parts of the bathroom have to be fixed or replaced. And I wish the carpet would be cleaner. And the breakfast last year was better than this year. So in general everything is OK, despite some small detail, which I am pretty sure doesn’t affect the staying in general👌🏻

Hotel immediate surrounding is stunning for anyone enjoying plants. Otherwise it's a bit far from city center. Restaurant serves delicious food and breakfast was more than expected. A lot of delicious vegetable sources.

I stayed only briefly before my flight but the room was comfortable and clean. It is some 10 minutes drive from the train station and around 20 minutes to the airport. There is also a restaurant with good food. I was leaving around 3 a.m. so the reception staff gently offered to pack my breakfast with me.

The hotel is nice, very simple, clean and coazy. It is not far from the airport and still not far from the city.

There was nothing to do around the hotel since it is located far from any happenings.

10 out of 10! Exceptional, friendly and very helpful staff. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with a lot of options and quality food. Huge free parking, fast Wi-Fi. It had everything I need as a stop on my business trip from New York to Lviv, Ukraine 🇺🇦

I like the property overall, its location, new and cosy rooms, silent, service, lovely tasty breakfast. I highly recommend the property. Especially if someone needs to get to the airport in the early morning

I was there twice. Nice ladies at the reception, tasty breakfast with many options. Rooms were clean, well equipped. There were some hygiene items in bathroom, but slippers should be bought at the reception. Hotel is based in very calm area. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

The food and staff were great.

My room smelt of smoke. They couldn’t change me as the hotel was full. We had to use air freshener to cover up the smell.

Had no breakfast because I left at 5am. But Alabaster gave me a wonderful lunch box with nice food and a bottle of water. I also had coffee in the restaurent and a cup of coffee to go.

The location was easy to find, the room was clean and smelled nice when we entered. The restaurant was open till 9 pm and the bar was open non-stop. The receptionist was very kind and our experience was great.

I'm allergic to olives and all the products from olives and it was a bit of an issue (language barrier) to explain that the kitchen should not use any of those products on my food, but we figured it out somehow.
