We had very unpleasant reason for our trip, but staying in this hotel made us feel comforted and relaxed. Bur more than clean rooms, warm temperature in the room and amenities, we are grateful to receptionist who made us feel more than welcomed he was very helpful and nice. We traveled with my grandfather who is blind and walks very slow and he got a room nearest to the entrance and stairs, so he didn’t have to walk far. And window view from this room was exactly at the back yard where our car was parked.

Location was great. Have good amount of parking. Decent breakfast . 24/7 reception. The lady at the reception let us take the coffee in the evening

The roof in the bedroom. My and kids head was keep banging on the roof because I got the top room which had sliding roof.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean, the place was quiet, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. I liked everything about the hotel and wonder why it only has 2 stars for such quality facilities and service.

Great location of the hotel. Very nice staff!!! Free parking on the back jard of hotel. Great breakfast, fresh vegetables, tasty pancakes. Playground for children and outdoor relax area for parents)) Comfortable and very cosy rooms!

Everything was great, but there was no air conditioning in our room. It wasn't hot outside during our stay, so I can't say if air conditioning is needed in the hotel at all. 100% recommendation for future trips

Great locatiin. Close to the city centre and not far from the airport

It was a late check-in around 00:00 and the staff was expecting our family. The brrakfast is very good with a variety of food and drinks.

The staff showed me around the hotel and escorted to my room when I got there, that what I call outstanding service. The breakfast was awesome which I enjoyed every morning during my stay. This a must stay place for all travelers!!!

I stayed for 1 night before airport. Everything was great! Clean, warm, location between city centre and airport, has its own parking, nice breakfast, support of receptionist for ordering delivery of dinner to the room and print out of car insurance.

We don’t know the Polish language, but they had some on staff who knew English. We needed a taxi at 3:00 am to go to the airport, and they called and made the arrangements. They also had a bagged breakfast (sandwich, apple, water) waiting for us at 3:00 am. The room was very clean and comfortable!
