Location! It's amazing. You leave the hotel, and you are right in the center of everything. It's quite and cute hotel.

Breakfast. It's overpriced and costs too much for the variety of food offered. I can compare with other Polish hotels I've stayed at, and the breakfast here was the worst. It is not bad at all, it was quite decent, but it doesn't cost $12 and definitely not "excellent" as it was stated. You can get a much cheaper and "richer" breakfast just by stepping out of the hotel/right around the corner.

Excellent location, just a few metres from the main square but quiet and with easy parking. Room equipped with everything one could need, including robes, slippers, bottles of water and even a shoe horn - it went way beyond expectations. Good breakfast buffet and lovely outdoor seating area. No restaurant available during our stay but a vast range of options available in the main square. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike except perhaps that there is no lift so one has to climb at least two floors from the car park to the rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lady who put out all the breakfast who had been there 3 years was so lovely, friendly and kind. Please , that was the best part of our stay.. she was a very hard worker.

Hot and cold water in the shower fluctuated. Need washcloths. They are very small towel to wash your face.

Not far from railway station which was a deal breaker for me. Some amenities were available additionally to toiletries. Very clean as far as I've managed noticing assuming I only spent about 6 hours in the room between my journeys.

Rather 'tired' furniture; possibly slightly weird smell in the room due to this. Though wasn't unbearable or critically unpleasant for me.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed eating on the terrace. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location to get dropped off and not have to walk far with luggage, while still being very close walking distance to the main square.

The air conditioning worked okay, not the best, but we were happy to have it as it was almost 30 degrees Celsius outside.

The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. Location is perfect

Would be great to fix a window in bathroom, so that noone else will have troubles in the future (room 204) If there is a possibility to include slippers, then this will be my number one priority as it’s must-have in every room, in my opinion

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Parking was included, which was a bonus. The woman at the desk was very helpful. We live in a 140 year old house, so the stairs were not a problem for us. We found Rzeszów to be a very clean, vibrant city. Breakfast was perfect and the first day, we were able to sit on the outdoors terrace.

The staff, the room - everything is wonderful. I love that it's clean, quiet, and my room had a wonderful view. Everything looks nice. Also, you have a vanity kit, your personal soap and ofc shampoo & shower gel here. Moreover, a napkin for cleaning your shoes!! I love that so much. All those small things truly matter.

Everything is perfect, and the opportunity to have breakfast, thank you for early chech-in, clean numbers with tea and everything you need, location in central part, staff is very nice and help us with baggage 🧳 and all questions.

There is no elevator, you need to ask help with your baggages to take it upstairs and down. But staff try to help you in any way, so everything fine.

The location is amazing everything around the hotel . Tue staff is amazing The room was very comfortable and very clean The breakfadt is good and very acceptable I will come back to the same hotel

They dont have a double bed and couple blanket They only have a 2 single bed attached
