Very cozy and clean room, comfortable bed (I've never had such comfortable pillows in a hotel). Friendly staff. They quickly answered all my questions that I sent before arrival. We arrived much earlier than check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. There is a restaurant. The choice of food is not very wide, but the food is delicious. I recommend this hotel.

30 min walk from the railway station. In the restaurant, salt was not on every table, we had to run around looking for it.

I was late getting in due to flights being delayed so there was no restaurant service or snacks after a long day, however the receptionist spoke english was really helpful and there was coffee in the room. The room was spacious clean and comfortable.

It was more me than the hotel but the polish breakfast choices were rather alien to me though I stuck with what I knew The hotel is a bit out of the sticks in the city so sightseeing without a taxi into town wasn't an option.

The staff at reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. The room was clean and well fitted out. The shower unit was particularly good. The hotel and its surroundings were very quiet at night.

The double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together with two single duvets on top this meant that it was difficult to get comfortable at times. It would have been nice if travel slippers could have been provided, but this is a suggestion rather than a complaint.

The hotel was very clean, good selection for breakfast.

Had hard time finding the hotel even with the GPS yelling "turn now", without a visible sign from the main street and the address hidden behind a huge tree, it created unnecessary frustration. After discovering the hotel there were no issues and had plenty pf parking spots, which was a plus.

Renovated facility in modern design. Friendly staff. Spacious room with good beds, nice pillows. Coffee, tea and water in the room. A/C available. The hotel is just a 20 min walk from the city centre

The shower is on the small side. Breakfast was ok. You pay for unsurveiled parking but might as well park for free just outside the gate.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, which delighted my palate with its abundance and opulence. As I stepped into the room, I was enveloped in a sense of coziness, thanks to its exquisite decorations that whispered of taste and refinement. The quality of the sheets and mattresses elevated my comfort to a level of sheer indulgence.

I was notably disheartened by the malfunctioning of the shower, which, to my dismay, spewed forth scalding torrents of water. Since I was only staying for the night and had been wearied by the day's events, the prospect of switching rooms seemed too burdensome to consider, so I resigned myself to endure the discomfort.

Really nice hotel, 20min walk from Rzeszow city centre. Lots of parking places. Easy to get to. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and fully equipped with water, tea, coffee and all bathroom necessities. Restaurant has a nice menu for dinner and plenty of selections for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here for a few weeks. Great value for the money. Reception, people, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms, everything is great. Hhighly recommend!

Minor thing - sometimes wifi would be overloaded. Other things were great.

I stayed at a Best Western in Rzeszow in 2013, and this place resembled it, but somehow it felt different. Further from the train and bus station than I remembered. Was there another Best Western location in 2013?

I stayed a second time. In my opinion, the location, accommodation, and, of course, breakfast are 5 stars. Thanks to the personnel at the reception because I came early and received my room much earlier than the checking time.

all was nice
