I loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was gigantic!!! Beds were comfy and we slept well. There was some bottled water waiting for us at arrival, which was more than needed after our long journey. Not to mention the breakfast - very delicious and well-presented. Both me and my little fussy darlings LOVED IT!

I could not fault it really as everyone was friendly and very helpful. I think it was one of the best places to stay around Rzeszów. It even had a play area for kids just outside our window. Simply perfect!

The hotel is located near the highway. This is convenient when you need a place to spend the night. There is a on-site parking lot. Dog friendly.

I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence, but the night I stayed, a wedding was being celebrated in the restaurant. There was loud music, making it difficult to fall asleep. But it was not critical. Advice to the hotel owner: In this case, make a small gift for the guest—disposable earplugs and a small bottle of Jägermeister will improve the mood and smooth out the discomfort a little.

The hotel needs maintenance and urgently before some disaster strikes The room we got on the second floor had some kind of water leakage that wet the carpet at the entry to the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is smooth and when you step into the room with wet shoes or slippers you are bound to slip. It happened both to me and my wife, falling could be very dangerous for both of us, being over 70 We asked to be moved to another room. It was on the second floor too, it smelled of sewege.. The third room on the first floor was OK. This level of neglect is bad for business

Very friendly staff, great breakfast with a lot of options to pick from. The room was clean and overall pretty comfortable.

The only small adjustment I would make is to put a garbage bin in the room itself. Now you only have a very small one in the bathroom and nothing in the main room.

There were 4 of us and we've spent a very good night. We lived in a big apartement-style hotel room with separate chamber. The bathroom was also really big with a huge bath in it. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a big variety of choice.

The water in bath and in shower wasn't hot enough.

Lack of toiletry, two tiny shampoo tubes and two tiny soaps for three days are definitely not enough. Ridiculous.. Towels were replaced only once, even when they were left on the floor The shower was built a bit strangely, water spread everywhere No fridge in the room Lack of place to put our belongings forced us to spread them on the floor. Luckily enough free floor space allowed us to do that

Very comfy hotel if you plan to pass by Rzeszow and have a stay in town. Comfortable beds, very clean room and quiet place -- all you need. Breakfast was very rich and the food selection was just great.

This place is in the middle of nowhere :)) So, if won't suite you if you'd like to walk to the city center. On the other hand, it had good access to the motor way.

The Location of the hotel, free car park and the most I liked is how the Hotel staff is dressed and behaved! I've already forgotten how staff could express the respect and kind attitude with the way they are dressed and their manners! I am more than pleased - I was treated a high value Customer in Zimowit!

No fridge and no kettle in the room.

Good location to arrive with a car with free parking. Breakfast was truly amazing with wide selection of fresh products to create your perfect morning. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Hotel met my needs for arriving late with a car and leaving early with fair price.

AC in my room was not working, or not working well at least but luckily you could open the windows for some fresh air. The view from window was nothing to tell stories about. There was an issue with payments but the situation was immediately rectified once noticed. These are minor things and I still enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is clean, and it's its biggest advantage. It's located in rather urban area, but not too far from residual buildings, near the park and 30 min walk from lake. The breakfast was tasty and versatile. There is a nice backyard with lake, ducks etc., which was nice to visit for a change.

Rooms would benefit from some more modern design - light colors would fit it better than dark red. It's good for a transition stay though.
