First room that I got was a bit "smelly" from cigarettes. One call to reception and they gave me different room without any problem and immediately started with preparation of cleaning the affected room! Great job! Positives: Nice hotel interior Very cozy room with all necessary amenities. Bed was quite comfortable. Wellness is fine, fitness could be bigger but for 2-3 days stay it's OK. Very good breakfast selection. Staff is incredibly nice!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Poland (combining all parameters and moments). The atmosphere and feeling!!! And the stuff. 100 points out of 10 possible to the stuff. For example, because I travel a lot, I often send my bording passes to receptions for printing. Sometimes they can't find them, can't print, can't understand what I want from them. Gentelmen from this hotel printed me my 2 bording passes even without asking them about that. I just sent a letter, went down the stairs and told nothing because my papers were already printed. Like a magic! Simple things, but it makes the difference. I can compare. Thank you very much! I hope to be back.

I liked everything!

Nice hotel in a very good position in the centre of the town. The hotel staff is very kind and in general the structure is pretty charming. The room could need some restyiling. breakfast could be improved, given the price of the hotel.

Aeration in the fitness centre definitively needs some improvement. I did not really like the fact that the elevator is in the middle of the bar (which is also open to external customers). Globally the structure looks more like a restaurant and a bar with sleeping rooms than a real hotel.

The room was modern and spacious, the lobby beautiful and the breakfast delicious. Everybody was very friendly and courteous. The food at the restaurant and cafe was excellent and we got free entrance to the hotel's night club. The location was central and convenient. The Pool and Sauna was quiet and relaxing.

The elevator next to our room was loud and we heard it going up and down all night. The toilets in the lobby could have been cleaner.

Two moments to advise for improving - hairdryer was extremely low power No teapot in the room but teabags available No chance to make a tea with hot water from coffee machine as water is with coffee leftovers

I liked the atmosphere at the hotel, life music at the restaurant, pool area, the breakfast was also very good.

There were some issues when we arrived, they prepared only one set of bath robe and towels, and the shower was broken, but they fixed everything quickly. Anyway the impression of my favorite hotel branch was a bit spoiled.

Great place with it's own vibe and awesome location to explore the city. Nice and very helpful staff. I definitely recommend an attached cafe before you start your journey.

As it is in old town it is hard to get with a car, but once you find a way no trouble. Gym and swimming pool area needs some improvement with air circulation.

The position is perfect and the main hall is super nice, with great style. The room was big enough and nicely designed

The shower in the room wasn't functioning properly. There was no water boiler for tea. I did not have the impression all products at break fast were really fresh - some fresh croissants and cakes would have helped

The staff has been amazing - I left my shopping in their sister restaurant and they arranged for it to be brought to the hotel - so grateful! As always service was top class! Fabulous food and drinks as well, and keys not forget the lovely room!

Hotel was stunning. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. Evening meal was excellent. Overall tho the hotel was amazing.

It’s not that we didn’t like Breakfast. The choice of food was very good but sadly the food was cold and the coffee from the machine wasn’t warm.
