Good room, good food, good service and very helpful staff, Thank you Karolina, Paulina, Ewa, Maja, Klaudia, Vanessa, Ewelina 1, Ewa Bar, Slavek, Jacek, Ewelina 2, Basia and Monika. for making my stay at Dwa Bratanki a restful and enjoyable one.

I may have missed them because l was the last one to have breakfast, but there were no yogurts available, like l used to have here in my previous visits.. I shall ensure that l inform Karolina when l return next year.

Great selection for buffet breakfast and really good food on the menu. Excellent customer service as usual (l have been coming here since 2016), by Karolina and her staff, Paulina, Ewa, Ewalina, Maja, Ewalina 2, Karolina 2, Marysia, Wiktoria, Marcin and Monika. With a broken boiler on my first morning, l was very quickly upgraded, free of charge, to a suite in the main building (l had booked a Queen room in the annex). When the boiler was repaired, I decided to keep the suite for the rest of my stay, and pay the difference. Although the main building is locked at 10 o'clock, there is someone available onsite 24/7, all l had to do was to call the number given on the reception door, and l was inside within a couple of minutes. Thank you Maja.

We had a family room / suite and a triple room for our stay. These were close to each other as we had requested, which made things really convenient. The suite was spacious and had a bath that children enjoyed. There was also a playground that our smaller children really liked - this also provided us oppoprtunity to finish our breakfast with our own tempo while children already headed out to play.

The hotel is not the most modern, so don't excpect anything fancy. At the same time everything was clean and spacious. There were some sounds coming to the room from the corridor and room right next to us.

The breakfast was great, good price for one night, nice location, beautiful outside, playground with toys for children of 3-5 years old.

Beautiful garden, nice restaurant. Very kids friendly place. Huge children playground with lot of toys. Green environment in beautiful, calm place.

I wish restaurant menu was not only in Polish, but translated in English.

very clean property, made for an amazing stay. friendly staff, really helpful. Provided me with an adapter for my charging cable. room was nicely equipped. comfortable bed, and kettle was available for tea and coffee. and to top it all off the breakfast was delicious.

Staff doesn't speak English, which was a bit of surprise for me - it's a hotel in Europe. However we managed to understand each other.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, quiet location, great food/drinks. Was genuinely a joy to stay here, breakfast was also really good as well.

Walls in the room are rather thin, you can hear every thought of the people in rooms next to you.
