Hotel is located right on the main square and surrounded by historical sites. Highly recommended when exploring the Old Town. Room was spacious, comfortable, with clean bathroom and big shower. Selection at breakfast was also excellent, real quality food.

Bed could be bigger and pillow a bit more comfortable, but that's not the most problematic thing. In the room we could hear low humming noise, most likely from kitchen exhausts. Quite annoying, good that it stopped late into the night. Also noises from the rooms around us were audible and that may be a problem when someone wants really peaceful stay. Plus you can't get the car right to the hotel, which can be a bit problematic for people with reduced mobility or having heavier luggage.

Excellent location right on the Old Town Square, super clean rooms, and the sweetest front desk person made for an amazing first night in Poland! Although the restaurant is under renovation, we were informed of this when we made our reservation AND our included breakfast was offered mere steps away from the hotel in a wonderful restaurant. The highlight of our stay was the attentive care offered by the Anna at reception who advised about a church for Sunday mass, personally brought me a fan and helped me crank up the a/c, and arranged a driver/guide/interpreter for us at a moment’s notice for our genealogical research trip. Plus the bed was super comfy!

Excellent staff, warm, friendly and goes beyond to assist the customer. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaners to the staff at the restaurant....etc were at their best. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back in the future. If possible try to book a room that is overlooking the Rynek ( square ).

It was unclear that the main door to the hotel will be closed at 2200 hrs, and a door on the side street is open. Would be nice if this is mentioned in the welcome SOP.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which means it's in a very convenient and central location. This is great because it makes it easy to get to all the important places and attractions in the city. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel was not just good; it was excellent, especially considering the price i paid. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, which means there was something for everyone, no matter what your taste or dietary preferences were. Plus, the quality of the food was top-notch. So, in simple terms, staying at this hotel is a fantastic choice because of its central location, and you'll start your day off right with a delicious breakfast that won't break the bank. It's a win-win situation!

The gym could have been improved. It wasn't as good as it could be. There might have been things missing or not working well. Maybe the equipment was old or not well-maintained. People might have expected more from it. So, it needed some changes to make it better for everyone who uses it.

Breakfest was decent . Yet could not understand why yogurt was not available for breafest The view from our room window was superb All three ladies that worked at the reception desk were pleasant and competent.

The breakfast facility lacked charm There was something terribly annoying that affected our stay . apparently it was the city hall trumpet player who blow his trumpet loud at midnight! Ruined our sleep Maybe the hotel could ask the city hall to,be a bit more considerate towards those who stay at your nice hotel.

Great location right on the square. Friendly staff and delicious restaurants steps away. I had a standard room. It was very simple, but also very clean. Everything worked and I had no problems during my stay. Breakfast was included with my rate. The breakfast had the standard options but everything was very good.

They do not have parking. That is okay as long as you know going in. Street parking is available (free on weekends and free at night from 2000 to 0800) and there is a parking lot nearby where you can pay. (The cost of street parking is very cheap)

Good location adjacent to the main square, but opening onto a side street (the annex). Very helpful front desk staff - able to adjust rooms when there was an issue with one. Breakfast was good at the Lord Jack (due to construction). Room was a little dated, but comfortable.

Construction in the main hotel, stayed in the annex across the alley from the main hotel. No view from the room.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, stored our bags during the day after checkout. Breakfast was really good, it had a decent buffet selection of sweet and savoury. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by bars and restaurants (our room faced the back so didn't hear too much noise). The room we had was huge for the price we paid, with a giant bath (last minute upgrade for a few quid). Overall it's a decent hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Rzeszów.

The fire alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning, which wasn't ideal! Ruined an otherwise decent night's sleep having to get out of bed and go downstairs. Good job checkout is at 12 and breakfast runs until 11, otherwise we would have been completely shattered. I shouldn't really blame the hotel for this as it could be due to someone smoking in their room (at least I know the alarm works!), but they did have a balcony on my corridor where people smoked where the door was being left open, making the corridor smell which might have set it off (I'm a smoker so wasn't too much of an issue, but smell/smoke would probably be enough to annoy non-smokers). Suggest making sure guests smoke outside or close the balcony door.

Staff was excellent and very helpful, my thanks goes to the reception team! Breakfast was very fresh and and had a large selection and the location on the central square gives access to everything in the city; the hotel also has some free parking available. Rooms were very clean and had a high standard.

Nothing negative at all about this hotel.

It’s not the first time we’ve stayed in this hotel. The location is at the square in the city centre. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

However, the room we got this time was a bit noisy due to neighbours having a loud conversation at 9 pm, not helpful when you’re trying to make your child fall asleep.
