This is the second time for me to use the Toyoko INN, simply because I had an excellent experience with this hotel in Tokyo. I decided to use it again, therefore. This hotel has everything that a traveler needs (both for a short and long stays) with such a reasonable price and a comfort. The great breakfast choice; a take-away breakfast is also available. The supermarkets-convenience store-family restaurants-izakaya-station shopping mall-Ebina station (Odakyu Line) are just a few steps away. The 24h service: ice cubs and microwaves, etc (photo). The printer-newspapers-amenities-laundry machines are equipped at your disposal 24h at the front desk area. Ebina is a very convenient location to go to Tokyo (Odakyu Line) and Yokohama (Sotetsu Line). Some reviewers mentioned this hotel as a budget hotel; personally I do not share the same observation. Please read carefully the list of the service they offer (photo). I even became a member of this hotel upon my departure. The Toyoko Inn is all over in Japan. I am looking forward to using this hotel again for my forthcoming trips to Japan.

The hotel is in close proximity to the station, the staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wi-Fi service was good. I've stayed here before and will stay again.

I can't think of anything to not like about this hotel

Love the customer service (greeting people, immediate assistance, etc). Free breakfast was mediocre but with the relatively affordable rate, can't beat it! One reason why Toyoko Inn will remain in business for a very long time!

Ok, this is a hit or miss but i believe in Japan, most business workers love a relative hard/stiff bed for the back but in the US, most people prefer a softer bed.

Location is close to shopping, restaurants, and train station.

The bed was good for two days stay, but not the most comfortable bed.

Great location and the breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and good. Front desk personnel was very helpful. Very close to train station and able to meet friends for eating and shopping by walking
