Amazing place! Unique and with great service

I am an athlete who eats a lot for breakfast - so for me this a la carte version of breakfast was not enough. But all the stuff at resort are super nice will try to find the way how to kakenit work for everyone.

Breakfast was outstanding. We were tired one evening and also ate from the food trucks for dinner. Very delicious, quality food. And I also recommend lunches at Habitas nearby. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We had one guest with multiple severe food allergies and they handled our situation with the utmost concern and respect. The chef made special meals to deal with the allergies. The setting is stunning and common areas are so fun to hang out, play games and enjoy the cultural decor and ambiance.

Caravans are a bit tight but still luxurious for a Caravan. After all, we were outside the cabins on tours or enjoying the outdoors so it was not a problem. I had trouble with a tripped circuit with my heater but the staff came and fixed everything as soon as I told them. And that was in the wee hours of the morning. Can't praise the staff enough.

We liked the unique style and design. We liked that everything was available, we had access to the main resort facilities.The gathering tent offered many different board games and very cozy furniture and style.

The F&B outlets did not offer the best quality food for the price value. We had other meals in AlUla that had way better value for price ratio. The toilets on the caravan are extremely small, the shower door is translucent on the twin bed caravan which limits privacy. There are not enough mirrors in the caravan. Adding a full size mirror to the inside of the closet door or the bathroom door would be very practical.

A Journey to Remember, Not Just a Stay From the moment I contacted the guest experience team days before arrival, I knew this trip would be special—they helped plan everything with care and saved me time and stress. Upon arrival, I was upgraded for free to a villa, as the caravan area was under maintenance. It turned out to be the best accommodation I’ve ever had—no TV, just timeless design, mountain views from the bed and shower, and a balcony under the stars. I even slept outside one night, under the moonlight. The resort’s valley location gives a deep sense of protection and peace, surrounded by majestic mountains. Activities run all day, the hilltop pool offers breathtaking views, and every meal at Tama feels handcrafted with love. The midnight swing under the stars, the kindness and humor of every staff member, and the thoughtful touch of a free e-bike made it feel like home. Special thanks to Fatimah, Maha, Anoud, Qusayy, Thamer, Mohamed Albowainy, Patrick, Rachel, Milan, Evelin, and others who made this unforgettable. Pro tip: Visit mid-Hijri month for a full moon, or at the beginning if you’re a stargazer. Thank you, Habitas—this was truly the trip of a lifetime.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember specific names, but I want to extend a big thank you to the team at Our Habitas for making my first trip to Saudi Arabia truly memorable (and definitely not my last!). I had the pleasure of staying in both the Caravans and the Villas—each spectacular in its own unique way. I work remotely and travel often, but for this particular week of vacation, I wanted to go somewhere to truly relax—somewhere I wouldn’t normally think to visit. Our Habitas turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s a beautiful place to disconnect, unwind, and just be present. The individual Caravans are thoughtfully designed, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay: a lovely private patio, spacious shower and toilet areas, an incredibly cozy bed, a Bluetooth sound system, a full-sized fridge, a well-stocked minibar, and a variety of daily activities to enjoy. I also loved spending time at the main resort—the pool and restaurant areas were beautiful. The food trucks, communal dining spaces, and outdoor movie setup added such a fun and relaxed vibe to the overall experience. The individual Caravans do have their own Wi-Fi, but the signal isn’t particularly strong. That said, I’d actually encourage using this opportunity to unplug—if you can, take the chance to be phone- and computer-free and truly immerse yourself in the experience.

I recently stayed at Habitas in Al Ula, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The stunning views, exceptional facilities, attentive staff, and delicious food made my visit truly memorable. It was my first time at this resort, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last!

However, I must highlight one important aspect that needs improvement: transportation. Getting from the caravan to the reception, resort, or swimming pool can take up to an hour during peak times due to limited golf cart availability. This wait time is frustrating, especially given the resort's high standards and price point. I recommend either providing self-driving options like scooters or bicycles or increasing staff during busy hours to enhance the guest experience.

Special , unique place. I love the attention to detail. Comfy beds and pillows. Immaculate. Easy check in and check out. Delicious breakfast . Great food from the food trucks. But what makes Habitas special is the staff. Maha, Chaz at the bar at Tama restaurant,Barbara etc are amazing. Everyone was so kind .

I booked a transfer to and from the airport. The driver that picked me up was amazing. Pakistani driver , can’t remember his name. The car was clean and cool. . And there was another driver name Khan who was also very professional and great who took me to winter park. But the driver that took me to the airport was awful . A Saudi guy that was not friendly and his car was full of sand. I sat in sand the entire way. It was a mess. Airport transfers are not cheap so I expected the service I received when I was picked up from the airport
