The location

We kept on getting locked out of our room and we could dial 0 from our room to order golf cart. The phone was always busy.

With its canyon walls lit up, the Shaden Resort draws one in before you even enter the property. It is a simply gorgeous setting. We want to thank Abdullah and his colleagues for the upgrade to Deluxe King in the Heart of Shaden. Near the spectacular pool, our unit is beautifully decorated and has good amenities. Breakfast was plentiful with abundant choices and custom made omelets. We love sitting under the stars on the patio, with the canyon walls gleaming all around us. Elephant Rock is s short 7 minute drive away. But the best thing about Shaden Resort is the staff; so patient and hospitable. The hospitality manager is exemplary. If you book, book at least a Deluxe King room. You will enjoy the views and the comfort. Teresa O’Kane, Author of My Life with Ndoto.

Very nice resort. Good staff, good food, nice quiet beautiful area, close to the Elephant mountain.

The roads leading to the resort , and inside the resort are pebble roads and dusty. It will hurt your car if you have a nice car. Also, you cannot walk inside the resort without one of the hotel buggies passing next to you without steering dust in the air and on your face and clothes. If you see a hotel buggy , run away, or wave to have them slow down. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, and cannot get hot water in a consistent manner, comes and goes. It is very cold in December. The chairs in the patio are dirty and not welcoming to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The resort is truly exceptional and conveniently located near Elephant Rock. It offers well-appointed rooms and a great pool area suitable for both families and kids. The food is world-class and reasonably priced. The steam and sauna facilities are in excellent working condition. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. A heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Jawad Ali Abbasi at the reception and Mr. Yashwant Naik for their dedicated support.

everything was so great.. I want highly appreciate the reception team (the two Saudi ladies). They were very friendly , they have a solution for any problem. also every one was so nice and kind.. the gulf car man.. the breakfast/ dinner team ..everyone ..no exception

The resort's setup among the rocks is incredible. The food quality and the assistance from the restaurant and reception staff exceeded expectations.

There were reservations in the coffee areas among the trees and in the restaurant that restricted access, but they were never utilized that night. Additionally, the activities at the open cinema and the coffee area next to the restaurant were not sufficiently advertised to the guests.

Dinner was everything!!!! Nice location. Super close to elephant Rock and winter park. Staff was kind.

The location is awesome! The rooms are clean and look fabulous.

The STUFF! Stuff is not organized, the communication was poor. I had asked about the breakfast timing, and they kept telling me different things. Tried to have some eat at there restaurants but nahhh…

Shaden resort exceeded my expectations, from the free upgrade of our room, very comfy beds and spacious villa, quick check in and out, the staff were very friendly, the buffet had variety of food you can choose from, and the location was perfect, near to the airport and buses going to heritage sites, elephant rock was mins away. truly unforgettable experience. will definitely go back!
