The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and there were no bugs. The lobby was very nice, with vending machines and items for sale, and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator worked well and had a freezer, which was nice, and there was a microwave and a good-sized flat screen TV. I was worried because our door was almost across from the lobby entrance, and we had two dogs, but it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay, and I would be happy to come here again. 😊

My only real issue was that the toilet made a very loud clanking sound whenever it was flushed, and the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. But considering that the place was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, it is a small complaint.

This property has been undergoing a remodel and it looks great. The rooms have been painted. The furniture is new including the beds and the TV's. My pet peeve in most places is terrible towels, they have changed that here. Much better quality and more than 2 bath towels. I travel often and have developed my own simple requirements. I refer to it as the CQS score. Clean Quiet and Safe. It hits all 3 with no problems

I knew before arriving here that they don't provide breakfast. It would be nice to not have to leave the property in the morning to get something to eat. There are plenty of options within a mile. A few diners, and a Wawa and other options

The staff was great. Room was decent and spacious. Great location.

My room was never cleaned while I was there. Not sure if they clean on certain days. I arrived on Friday night. Was out all day Saturday. When I arrived back to my room on Saturday night room was not cleaned and my dirty towels were still in the bathroom and beds were unmade. I did not leave the room until late afternoon on Sunday and had to call the front desk for towels and wash clothes. I checked out on Monday. Not sure if this is why room was not cleaned on Saturday or if I needed to request.

This was a great hotel for the price. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. I have been to this area three times and this is my favorite hotel of the three that I have stayed at so far.

The other guests were very loud. Dogs barking, kids running around and it sounded like they were playing on the barista’s outside the room. I am a very light sleeper and found this challenging.

The front person was great , she was friendly and professional. Room had good heating and hot water, tv with Cable tv and wifi.

Cleanless in the room was ok but they can improve. Dust, floors, bathroom and the bed had other people hair under the covers. Outside was snowing and no one spread salt or anything, not at the main entrance and lobby not anywhere

The property is in a good location near stores . It’s reasonable priced .

Sometimes very loud at evening n nights because people hang outside out on the balcony.. Floors could be swept better left residue on floors , stained sheets on bed I didn’t like , place needs exterminator for roaches as I seen one on the counter top near sink , Bathrooms need to be cleaned very well once people checkout as I seen left hair on bathroom when I arrived , as well as on the shower curtain ! And all the air conditioners seem to leak on the floors for some reason unknown once it’s turn on . Refrigerator need to cleaned properly and turned up to a cool temp before checking in . So there won’t be a stale smell.

My room was cleaned to my satisfaction. My refrigerator stopped working on my next day's stay and they were quick to replace it with a new one. I had some trouble with my door not opening when the light turned green. Ended up with about 5 room keys. The staff did come to help and fixed the problem. I gotta say the staff was very attentive to needs as I needed them. The staff had excellent customer service.

I didn't like that my room refrigerator stopped working but the staff were quick to replace it.

I love being pool side per my request, Guest seamed MAYBE some local kids there were extra loud. I'd still choose to be nearest pool just the same.

I Like the pool and the time I was able to spend with my kids. The people there and their children were friendly

I didn't like that there were children sitting on steps hitting the air units outside my room. Standing a crowd in front of my door being loud.

Excellent, we loved it!!.. the room was very impeccable with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.. very clean and the attention at the reception by the young man who attended us was super friendly and attentive, they accept pets at no cost, the place was very quiet with access. to all the places one may need.. we will definitely return!!!
