I recently stayed at westin gurugram and it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for my visit. The check-in was smooth and quick, and I was personally guided to my room. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and perfect pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the [mention something unique ... breakfast buffet.The variety, freshness, and presentation of food were impressive, and the service staff made sure every request was met with a smile. The location was also ideal

The restaurant and in room dining staff were great, including Mr. Kaustab Pal, Mr. Ashish( was exceptionally good), Mr. Avinash and Mr. Karan.

Front office / reception staff were not up to a five star hotel standard. Sudip Das the housekeeping HOD almost collided with me near the lift lobby because he was running towards a foreign guest. He didn’t even apologize for his behavior and again almost collided with me at the restaurant for the same purpose. The GM should take necessary action as we Indians are also spending a good amount of money for our stay in your hotel, so we should also be given equal amount of respect and hospitality.

The staff at the Westin were *wonderful*! the housekeeping team were particularly attentive and made sure that we were very well looked after. Thank you Sudip, your team is amazing! Ajeet, Nagendra & Rishi made our stay so comfortable. They were always smiling and helpful. They resolved our (small) issues quickly and with charm. We hope you'll pass on our gratitude. Additionally, the F&B team were wonderful. They encouraged us to try the local foods and were always so friendly. I didn't get everyone's name but chef Karan was lovely and Sanu was also very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The pool area is an oasis and the spa area is a gorgeous retreat from the busy business world outside the Westin doors. I will not hesitate to book into the Westin Gurgaon on my next trip to Delhi.

My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided. The hotel’s location in Gurgaon is also a bonus, placing it close to various business and entertainment areas. Overall, The Westin Gurgaon is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering luxury and convenience near the airport. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Had a very comfortable stay at the Westin Gurgaon! Amazing room, very clean and super friendly and professional staff! The food is just excellent, dinner buffet was absolutely amazing, definitely shouldn’t be missed. Rooms are very clean. Centrally located in Gurgaon, easy access to most popular spots. Definitely a great place!

My little suggestion that AC in SPa specifically steam sauna area must be in control of the guest sothat the temperature required can be maintained…. I literally was worried of my health cold hot thing

The room was awesome. Spacious and comfortable. All services were great. A birthday cake was kept in our room complimentary as we had informed the hotel about the occasion which was really nice of them. Breakfast spread is just brilliant! Must have!

The other guests on the floor were making a lot of noise during the night which was very disturbing.

Amazing and beautiful hotel, but what made this truly an amazing experience was the staff, they immediately upgraded my room on arrival which is always nice. I made a noise complaint and they were quick to move me to a different room the next day. The views the pool the food, all were amazing. Had great time and will definitely visit again when I come back to India

We really had a great stay at the Westin Gurgaon. We had 3 rooms (adjoining) and the housekeeping staff (Arjun and his team) did a great job - well done, and thank you. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful, from the front desk to the drivers. The rooms are beautiful (although the big glass door in my sons room was a bit shaky - and we do not like the see through windows from room to bathroom trend). A very nice stay and we will be back and will recommend this hotel. Also both Prego and Eest are great places to eat, as is the lunch buffet, which is very extensive.

The breakfast was a little disorganised - the lady who seated us did not seem to follow through and we were kept waiting for someone to show up and take our coffee/tea order. This whole set-up could be improved, but did not impact our stay as such.

Very functional, great breakfast! Teh chef at breakfast was very courteous and personally attended to our requests!

Run down in some parts needs a redo like carpets in walkways, toilet and bathroom fittings, etc.
