The villa is right on the beach, you are in the middle of all action. The rooms are very large and really cozy, they also have a pristine pool if you wish to use it. But I liked the staff the most! I actually rented a motorbike and I had a small crash, surprisingly they were a lot more interested in my well being than the damage I did to the motorbike. Lovely people. They were very fare in assessing the damages. They accepted for us to have a longer check-out (by six hours) for 200 THB per hour, they found a speed boat when we left. Anything we wanted, they found a way. Special mention of the woman at the reception Anii (Anyy, Honey I'm not sure) who was always there to check all is perfect. A big thank you, we'll be back!

Right on the beach great sea view from our balcony, big rooms everything you need in them. Good breakfast would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at TC Villa and had an amazing experience. This is probably the best place to stay on Tawaen Beach if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and beachside vibes. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and featured a very spacious washroom. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the smart TV for unwinding in the evenings. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The location is unbeatable – the hotel is right on the beach, with free beach chairs available for guests. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the pier, which made our departure incredibly easy. You’re just steps away from everything – fire shows in the night, great sea food restaurants, and other local activities. You can even book excursions and activities right at the hotel, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend TC Villa to anyone visiting Ko Larn. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and location.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at TC Villa on Beach. The hotel is fantastic, and my accommodation was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. Being right on the beach was a dream. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I was picked up directly from the speedboat drop-off, and everything went smoothly from there. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire crew. A special shoutout for finding my surfer shorts that I had left behind. After I called, they found them and have kindly kept them safe until my friend can pick them up. The excellent service didn't stop there – they even transported me to the other harbor late at night, and all of this was included. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable. Philipp

The hotel was amazing. Very big room, and location is right infront of a beautiful beach. We had a balcony which we used to sit on and chill. Also the fact that they have free breakfast (which is not mentioned in the ad) is a huge plus. We wanted to check out the monkey beach, and the lady on reception organised a taxi for us. Also, free transportation to and from the pier.

Since it is a small family run hotel, there is no reception desk at night. We woke up due to electricity being cut (turns out there were problems with islands power) and therefore AC being off. I went out wanting to ask the staff whats going on, but the room where reception is located was locked. Again, its not a big deal, and did not affect our stay.

The rooms were extremely clean, staff super friendly, very quiet despite being on the strip - however this was due to Us having a room at the back which I would recommend. Breakfast was super nice. AC was fantastic

There was nothing wrong with the place, but I would say that if you are staying here- be prepared for there to be a lot of tourists arriving every hour on boats - it was quite noisy due to the beach being small and there being a lot of jet skis and motorbikes - not very relaxing

It was so peaceful inside and loved the chilled decor. The staff were so welcoming and super helpful

It isn’t a big thing but we felt more comfy seating on the balconies ascertain loved just sitting out with the sound of the waves and the view of the sea, also a little table for the kettle etc as the rooms are really a generous size so plenty of space to add one. I would recommend booking the rooms with access to the pool if you want to use it as it is off limit when guest are booked in them but to be honest we loved being on the top floor as we get the sea view😀

Right on the beach and clean. Booked superior room on the 2nd floor which was big, had a balcony and Safe. Breakfast was made fresh in the morning.staff was great and helpful. Free use of beach chairs in front of the hotel. Highly recommended - go for it! , from a frequent traveler

Nothing much to dislike except all things shut down at night and there are just a couple of night restaurants on the beach which are somewhat expensive- this is of course no fault of the hotel

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I've stayed at many different graded hotels and whilst they have all been clean, this hotel is the cleanest I've ever stayed at. It is absolutely immaculate and very well maintained. Don't be fooled by the front entrance! They have a small pool which is very clean indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone, I was beyond impressed with the love and care that they put into these rooms. They serve breakfast too. You will never be disappointed when staying at this hotel. The owners should be very proud of themselves and their wonderful staff that put a lot of love and care into cleaning their many rooms. 10/10

Out of season it's not easy to get an evening meal as most places close around 7-8pm. There is your trusty 7/11 to keep you going at night though!

It was clean and on the beach. Note if visiting every 2 nd Wednesday of the month the beach is free of all sun loungers and shade. So you have to sit in sun and no shade.

The unnecessary base in music late at night. Music is great but to have it with a base that shakes the room spoils trying to sit and relax on the balcony. We also had a leak in bathroom from sink so floor was flooded . Did tell lady on reception but not fixed, so when we left it as still a paddle to go go in bathroom.
