From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and treated like VIPs. We have stayed in plenty of 5 stars and this hotel is one of the very few that deserve an extra star for exceptional class and service. The staff are passionate about their work and providing a top service. Our room was the elite suite, very clean, comfortable, attention to detail was amazing and the little things all add up. Loved the turn down service at night, blinds drawn for you, lamps on and an evening vitamin drink and snack left for us each night :) loved the pillow menu to choose the perfect pillow. The pool area was beautiful with well designed areas for sun and shade seekers, the loungers were very comfortable and the cocktails we the best. Cool towels and fresh complimentary water served while we were relaxing by the pool! Breakfast was amazing, I'm a plain eater and the hubby is adventurous and we both had plenty to choose from, the quality of the food served was 10/10, indulged in the bubbly drinks for brekkie too :) The moon spa was the best 2 hr massage we have ever had! You can get plenty of cheap massages on the street shops and a cheap price but you really do get what you pay for, we returned to the spa for a 90 min treatment before leaving. There is the most beautiful sunsets on the beach across the road. If you are looking for a classy stay where you are treated well this is the place for you. We will be returning next year.

Very tasteful and modern design, located in a very quiet corner of pattaya, yet accessible to the busy area by Grab for a small fee in around 15 -20 minutes . In the neighborhood you can find by walk a few convenient stores and massage shops. Bed is comfortable, shower is good ; good breakfast! pool area is well maintained ; staff is very friendly. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every day there.

Pool area service can be improved- We had to dry up to walk to the bar to get drinks which is a bit inconvenient. Would be nice if bar staff can walk a bit around the pool to see if there’s any need of drinks; Room cleaning can be improved- cleaning detergent in certain parts is needed .

- Room is spacious and new (family room). We love the bunk bed for our kids. - Breakfast was superb. The variety of breakfast was much more than expectation. Ex. Fish boiled rice with full of pieces of fish, streamed fish, pork stew, pressed juice, sparkling wine. OMG!!! - Staffs were very helpful. They sincerely and quickly responded to our requests.

- The pool needs more cleaning. - The walls between rooms are quite thin. We could hear other rooms and the next room might have heard us as well. - Need more staffs during long weekend, especially at the breakfast area. The staffs clearly could not handle with many guests during long weekend.

Although the hotel is close to beach but the stair down the beach is quite steep. Not recommend for pregnant women, families with babies or old members

Great location (close to beach bars and restaurants, in less than 10min by walking), Great Foods (Honestly, my wife said the dinner at the hotel's restaurant is much better than restaurants around that area excepted than you can't watch the sea) Friendly staffs and Good facilities

Impeccable 5 stars services. All staff were so nice, professional and helpful. Very impressed. Our room came with a beautiful ocean view and it was clean, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was pleniful with free flow bubble and cook to order items. The pool was also a highlight. Very clean with plenty of sunchairs to sit on and relax. Location was just perfect for us as it was safe, far from the city centre's hustle and bustle yet very convenient with all we need. Convenient stores and restaurants were just a short walking distance. Highly recommended. We'll definitely stay again if we return to Pattaya.

The location is good and minutes to the sailing center, which is just across the street. The place is clean and modern. The breakfast is good, and the service crew at the morning service deserves a thumb up!

There is a reason why they gave ear plugs. The soundproofing of the room is not ideal. The air con at the gym is down in one of the afternoon. No late check out option

The room was nice. Breakfast was great, good selection and delicious. I especially loved the juicer. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed. Good water pressure in the bathroom.

Poor soundproofing. You can hear next door’s nighttime activity. The noise from the hallway, especially the opposite door closing was really loud.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We stayed almost a week, and everything you need is within walking distance. The gym and pool are modern and clean. The housekeeping team is also on point in cleaning the room and ensuring our stay is comfortable.
