Location was central for walking through the city or drive to different sightseeing locations + staff was extremely helpful and warm -> after check out we left the luggage there and when we came back to pick it up we could take another shower + the bed was extremely comfortable + breakfast was okay (nothing special) European + Vietnamnese + the first hotel during our trip, that didn’t smell moldy or to humid

Bad soundproofing from the room (but it didn’t us bother to much) - the drainage in the bathroom was extremely stinky

Beds are super comfortable 🙂 it is so clean and smells wonderful. Staff is really helpful

I was a bit upset about breakfast cause even though it was said to be buffet it was on first come first serve basis. I had omlette and toast all three days

The staff is very friendly and will help you out with planning your trip as well, tho sometimes they are not available at the desk and you will have to wait 10-20 minutes for them to show up but other than that it's a decent, clean hotel which is near most shops and eateries and breakfast is free tho choices are limited but good selection of fruit.

Large and comfortable room (7th floor). Cleanliness. Nice menu breakfast. Helpful staff.

Shower gel and shampoo bottle dispensers have to be brought in the shower room (they are placed next to the lavabo which is not in the bathroom). No separation between the WC seat and the shower place (when you take a shower, the WC seat gets all wet).

Very well appointed spacious rooms with a nice soft bed. Close to the centre of town but on a quiet street. Our room had lovely views of the mountains, river and city.

Fridge didn't work properly it just didn't get very cold even at the lowest setting.

Great location with motorcycle parking, and right in the centre of Cao Bang makes this clean, comfortable, and modern hotel the ideal choice.

Excellent location just a short walk from markets, restaurants and the river. It is a family run hotel and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. As an added bonus, they have a private car and driver for hire to go on day trips to see Ban Gioc waterfalls, Angel Eye mountain and the Ho Chi Minh memorial site at Lennin River. I will definitely be recommending Max Boutique to my travelling friends.

The hotel was really nice, my room was spacious and bed Comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Good location near all the restaurants and bars.

Lovely, gracious, pleasant host who went out of her way to be helpful with any requests, needs. Great hot water and best hair dryer during several weeks travel.

Great value for money. Coffee, tea and hair dryer in room. Smart TV too. All the things you need a for a comfortable stay. Location was fab.
