The recepcionist Dŭng was the best of our 3 days im Cao Bang. He was the highlight really helpful and gave us really good tips for our time there. The best receptionist in Vietnam in our Month over Vietnam.. I hope i will see him again. 🙏

The breakfast is not worth it.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent and good enough. The view on the rooftop during breakfast was superb. The staff, especially the receptionist girl, was very hospitable, friendly and helpful and helped us arrange the cab with reasonable price to visit places around. We definitely will stay again at the hotel when coming back Cao Bằng.

None. Maybe the shower accessories are a bit hard to use. 1 day in our stay, the water was not so warm.

La Maison is a really great hotel. The rooms are really nice. The bed is the best we’ve had in weeks. Large fluffy pillows. Great hot water. The staff, particularly Thao, were fantastic. Great source of information and help with suggestions and coordinating our days. Nice rooftop bar. Hot shower, excellent reliable wifi. Would definitely stay here again.

bar was so good I drink too much, have headache today

My Partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a motorcycle trip. The young lady at check in was lovely and looked after our needs for the 2 days, from organising a late lunch to assistiing with local knowledge of the area. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet, we had corner room that had a very small balcony. The hotel has a rooftop bar which was great for a late afternoon drink and watch the sunset, and was also where breakfast was served. Overall would recommend and would also stay again.

The staff is really nice, enthousiastic and helpful! I asked them to arrange a cake and champaign for my husband's birthday, and they did. And more. They have decorated the room and made it a real sweet surprise! Also the guy at the reception informed us about some cool things in Cao Bang. They really like to work with guests. We loved it.

The bed! Super soft! Super soft nice pillows and mattes! We slept like in heaven! The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean with enough hit water for both of us! The location is also very nice! Right in the center of the city!

The property was a perfect stop for one night after doing the Ha Giang motorbike loop.

The breakfast they packed for us due to an early morning departure wasn’t very good. The hallway neither rooms was very pokey but that wasn’t really an issue.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are incredibly lovely and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bed was divine! There is a great view from the rooftop bar, where breakfast is also served. The only thing that could have made this hotel better would be a pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower door didn't close properly, and the laundry service was over priced at 70k per kilo and didn't seem to actually be washed.

Reception staff was excellent! The bar staff not so much; not engaging at all and acted like we we inconveniencing them when requesting service. Breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
