I love my stay. Everything was great. The front desk staff was pretty good. The only thing about that is my husband is on oxygen, and I asked for a room on the second floor, and I was told they couldn't change what their manager authorized even though my husband is disabled. But overall, the room was clean with a nice smell, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding

As far neatness, cleanness and food my expectations was met. But about my disabled husband that no my expectation wasn't met. And I have a 8 yrs old and the people under us was complaining too much about us walking to the bathroom lol

Facility was great - very nice - only thing that we disliked was our sink would not drain. When I looked there was a huge gob of hair down it. I used a q-tip to get some out so it would drain. They would have noticed only if rain water down it for a few minutes. Only other thing was there was 2 of us, sister 86 and me 80 and only one little bar of soap -not a biggy. Overall very nice - morning 2 in breakfast area super nice. We only had coffee but breakfast looked great and 2 employees super nice. Would definitely stay again if heading there to see relatives.

That the hotel wasn't near Walmart and Starbucks with all that traffic. The hotel was quiet, clean, and beds were comfy.

The beds were too high for a short person. The pillows were not comfortable. I wish the laundry room accepted debit cards and not just quarters. The curtains trapped the air, even though the curtains were short to not cover the unit completely. The lining behind curtains should be darker. Would have like another chair.

I would've preferred a higher floor but I just took what they gave me so that's not on them. Staff was great.

I wish the tv connection was a little better and the light in the room beside the tv worked. There were other lights tho so it's no big deal.

The beds and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff outstanding.

The pool wasn’t open during the day. Only in the evening. We wanted to go swimming but could only do it in the morning.

The complimentary breakfast was over nice. The eggs were a little water from the heat pan.

the hotel was being renovated from what it looked like and you could tell it needed a deep clean. the beds were squeaky and not very comfortable.

the room was very nice & the bed was very comfortable. shower was nice & the water was perfect.

our tv in our room wasn't working so we had to have someone come up & fix it but it got done quickly so it was fine.

The receptionist was knowledgeable, kind and gave me the perfect room! I slept like a baby. The gym was small but had numerous options for exercise. Loved the indoor pool and the breakfast would make you smack your momma it was so good.

Rooms very clean and comfortable all amenities were very nice and complimentary breakfast was very nice, overall very nice place to stay.

Once we settled in our room upstairs occupants / children started to jump and run around in their room and front desk called but occupants were still running around and jumping, front desk were kind enough to move us into another room on third floor rest of evening was peaceful.
